Quick Lane Tire & Auto is located at El Cajon Ford. We offer automotive services that many other Ford Dealerships can’t offer. Quick Lane tire and auto offers customers fast reliable service with stronger tire discounts and other automotive services. Quick Lane Tire & Auto services all makes and models. We specilize in automotive services from synthetic blended oil changes, tire replacement from the top 11 tire manufactures, alignments, brakes repairs and cooling services. But we don’t stop there. As service manager, I would like to welcome everyone to Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center, as well as our Ford Service Department located — 1595 East Main Street at El Cajon Ford. Our service department has been providing automotive service to the community of East County of over 33 years. Our newest addition is Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center, offering oil change, tire replacements, tire rotations, alignments, brakes and shock.
