Advantage Cleaners

This Place is the only dry cleaner that I will go to, and I live all the way in Rancho Bernardo, but it is so worth it. The Service here is impeccable. You give your dirty clothes to the Advantage Cleaners, and not only do they really clean them, but they make you clothes look brand spanking NEW. The staff are always polite and welcoming. I don’t even know what the other people below are talking about!!! take your clothes and experience this place for yourself. It is worth every penny!

You know that commercial where they joke about having to use a blender to get service? That might just apply here! While I have no problem with the quality of the work, they could almost care less that there is a customer in their store. You wait and no one is in a hurry for anything. They don’t thank you for your business and honestly, I didn’t feel like my business mattered much to them at all. I have since gone elsewhere in El Cajon and found a much better service with comparable quality.

Horrible service. Employee did not know who to use the computer– and was a bit rude. I arrived at the shop to pick up a comforter, and they were closed 30 mins prior to posted time. ??? I will never go back– there are plenty of dry cleaners in El Cajon– don’t waste your time.

This isn’t the cheapest dry cleaning establishment I’ve ever been to, but the quality is top notch. I had a coat that belonged to my grandmother dating back to the 1920’s. I had sewn these special buttons on it and wore the coat almost every day of one winter. I brought that coat to this place sometime in the spring and when I got the coat back I noticed the buttons were tighter than when I had sewn them on. The girl who worked there told me since she knew these buttons would melt or be damaged when my coat was cleaned had taken it upon herself to remove the buttons from my coat, clean my coat, and sew the buttons back on for me — no extra charge. I was kinda wowed by that. I am always impressed with their service. It’s very high quality and even thought there are 87 898 dry cleaners near my home I drive 20 minutes out of my way to take my clothes here because I know they do great work.
