As an Edmonds resident for the past 30 years, I have a deep knowledge of this community and the neighborhoods in the area. Whether you are looking for waterfront, the bowl, Woodway, Maplewood, Seaview, Meadowdale or farther away, I have been there and can share my knowledge with you.

I have spent 25 years in all aspects of technology and information systems. After I had children, I changed my focus to helping people and investors with their real estate needs. I bring my Fortune 500 consulting skills to each unique situation and find the optimum solution for each client. My goal is to have life-​time customers, so outstanding customer service is a prerequisite.

When I’m not working, I am out skiing at Stevens Pass or Whistler mountain. I also enjoy time at our cabin in Sun River Oregon, or BBQ’ing with friends in the backyard. Now that the kids are off to college, I have even more time to work with my customers.
