The staff here are super helpful and friendly. They don’t make you feel like you’re annoying them when you need to try on different items. A few of their brands are Nike, Sorel, Ugg, and North Face. They have active wear, good selection of footwear, and cold weather apparel.
They do not offer refunds– only store credit or exchange.

I give 2 stars only for the customer service. The people who work there were a pleasure and incredibly helpful.
But my complaint is the refund policy. I made an expensive purchase ($ 1000 to be exact), and at no point was I told that returns were store credit only. I’m not sure what kind of business allows someone to make any purchase, let alone such an expensive purchase and then does not warn them that there isn’t a full refund. That is something that should be disclosed immediately. I find that very shady… Very disappointed. Will never recommend to anyone.

Metromix is a pleasure to do business with. The service I received during my 2 orders there was a seamless experience, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. The guy I worked with was very detail oriented and made excellent recommendations on footwear and outerwear. Recommended!

I’ve been shopping at this store for at least 2 years. I’ve probably purchased over 6 pairs of shoes from this store as well as some cool winter outerwear. I’ve always had a great experience while shopping here. The service has always been above par and their assortment of brands and styles are very good. I’ve noticed that they have a lot of limited products that I don’t see anywhere else. I’m a big fan of Metromix.

Absolutely love metro mix. I have been a customer for over 5 years and I always leave satisfied. To start off I love the outgoing and friendly staff. I have purchased over 20 pairs of sneakers and about 5 of my north faces at this location. Thank you metro mix for always helping me out with my sneaker and outerwear needs! So worth the 30 minute drive!

Think once again before making purchase! NO REFUNDS just exchange or store credit ONLY when you make a return.
I dont remember being notified saying no refunds. May be she said exchange within 30days but that did not catch my attention because you think refunds are always allowed!

I went in for Nike sneakers and ended up with not only the sneaker, but also North Face coat, gloves, and a pair of Uggs for my girlfriend. They have very friendly and knowledgeable sales people who were so helpful they made it a great shopping experience.

Friendly staff and always do their best to help you find what you are looking for. They always have exclusive sneakers that are difficult to find in footlocker and modells, plus they always have good sales going on.

Wonderful selection of all things both hip and utalitarian. Great prices and wonderful service. The best!

Have been shopping here for years, love the deals, the workers and the atmosphere. Very good local shoe and sneaker store. So much better than traveling to the malls. I recommend this store to all families !

I go to Metromix for all my kids’ shoes (I even got myself a pair of Nikes on my last visit). The selection is great, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are the best in the area.
