This store, primarily for women, is filled with shoes and purses. The men are relegated to the rear and there’s also a small kids section. It reminds me of a Marshall’s minus the clothes. They even have little food stuffs, snacks, coffee, etc. If you need something in a pinch, this is the place to go.

LANDIA = WORSTSUPERVISOREVER. Went to return something for store credit, spoke with Landia who was extremely rude and not helpful. First she claimed the marshalls return policy was only with receipt. Then I informed her that the receipts say without receipt I can recieve store credit. Then she decided to change up her story and offer me $ 5.00 store credit for the $ 50.00 shoes!!! Said the amount was determined on a case by case basis. How about it’s determined by the attitude she had! Will never go there again! Stay away from this store!!!

I had to change my review… I think they got new management or something because they are on point. I went in for some mens snow boots for my bf… while I didnt find any .I got 3 pairs for myself. The manager didnt even give me a hard time when I asked about a price difference. She happily adjusted the price. AWESOME.

Great Marshall’s store. They have a great selection of shoes, price range Is good, too, because you can definitely find some great deals too. You can also score handbags, suitcases, cases for your phone, creams and hair products. The staff is there if you need them, but they don’t even look at you unless you are coming over with a question. The cashiers are nice also, but are talking about their lives while checking out the customers. Overall, great store, and good prices.

The selection in this store is great. Love the options for kids & women, and my husband likes the footware for men. However, I had a really bad experience with the floor associates the other day, and it left me more than slighlty irritated. I had to return a pair of boots that I had gotten for my daughter. She was on the playground with them for three hours and the bottom part of the shoe became unglued from the top part — they were«talking.» I took the shoes back since I had only gotten them the week before and that was the first time she had worn them. The cashier was processing the return, but she ran into difficulties because I had the receipt, but not the box. So she called another guy over. He looked at the shoes and said«they are so dirty!» What, was I supposed to polish the faulty shoes before I returned them? I felt like he thought I was pulling a scam or something. Then they called this other guy over and he looked at the bottom of the shoes(which had plenty of tread since my daughter had only worn them once) and said«they look like they’ve been worn.» What the what! Those two guys got me so angry, that I was really about to became an irrate customer until the manager came over and she pleasantly processed the return and smiled. Now this is my neighbohood Marshalls. It’s so close, I walk there. But I don’t think I’ll be going back to that Marshall Shoes unless it’s an absolute emergency!
