Concise Legal Documentation (CLD) Inc., is documentation corporation was founded in 2007 as a sole prioprietorship. CLD is now registered in California as a California Corporation. Since 2007, CLD has assisted over 1000 clients with low cost services. CLD offers affordable, fast and excellent service bringing satisfaction to clients and customers. CLD boosts of accomplishing the following:

(a) Successful permanent visa/​green card applications for immigrants from various countries located all over the United States;

(b) Supporting tenants living in affordable housing properties in East Palo Alto to enforce their rights under the Rent Stabilization ordinance;

Manager

Bosco Ssentongo, BA Ed. [HON], (MUK), JD (SVSL) is CLD’s founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). His background as a lawyer with expertise in Business Development and Marketing Strategies (The Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University) makes him the ideal manager. He holds a J. D from Silicon Valley University School of Law. He is an expert document preparer stemming from years of experience in immigration, bankruptcy and the California Vehicle Code (traffic tickets). He also has experience with debt settlement and negotiation. Mr. Ssentongo brings a unique knowledge of discovering solutions to personal needs at low cost. Many have known him to have a personal flare for anticipating legal outcomes, and the ability to match services to a client’s desires. In the past, he worked with various bay area technology companies such as HP Inc., Google Inc., Visa Inc., Apple Inc., and Stanford Community Law Clinic in East Palo Alto.
