All started when my daughter went to get a car 3 yrs ago … She got a car ! It was a POS … She did it to build credit ! Paid on time for 3yrs and the car basically sat in the drive way the whole time as it needed over 3k worth of work and was un safe to drive. During the purchase they told her she could not trade the car in until it was paid in full. Which was a lie ! After i finally drove the car one day I completely understood why she was scared. So we went to Biggers and they worked and got my daughter into a 2014 Chevy Cruz for less than the delapitaded 2003 ford focus with 120k miles she was paying for. The car had been paid off by biggers and JD byrider proceeded to take payments from my daughters account ! To which we are still trying to get reimbursed from JD byrider. Its been an awful experience. Stay far away from this place !!
