Cucci Ford

Went in to test drive a mustang gt. I got in the car with the sales associate and noticed the gas light was on and it said 0 miles to gas. I let the sales associate know and he told me we were fine. Of course a couple blocks away the car died. As we’re sitting there waiting for the porter to bring us gas, the guy actually had the nerve to ask me how soon I’m planning on buying and that they would give me a really good deal. How am I suppose to know if I even want to buy the car if I don’t how comfortable I feel or how it handles, thus the reason for the test drive. After 15 – 20 minutes of waiting for the porter I got out and left. What really upset me is the sales associate never once apologized. When I do purchase my mustang it definitely will not be from this place.

I give my initial sale on 8÷5÷15 a 5 star rating. Joe was super cool and gave me a good deal for my stock 07 fx4. He said he would keep it for the day to have it detailed and looked over once more to make sure everything was good to go. I got the car back and drove off with it and noticed there was an alignment issue. Joe said bring it back and Vito the service manager will take care of it. Great. They do the alignment and Upon receiving my truck back everything seemed to be fine. The truck drove straight but the steering wheel was a little off. It is what it is. I wasn’t going to complain about it… It was about a week later (8÷13÷15) when I started noticing a slight hesitation between 25 – 30 mph. Like it was searching for a gear. I messaged joe about the situation along with the steering wheel being a little off and he said bring it back in and Vito will take care of it. I brought it back and they said they couldn’t find the cause of the trans issue and that they straightened the steering wheel. Hmmm okay. Seems like they should have an idea of what it is but if they say there’s nothing wrong I’m not going to fight them about it…
Now comes about 10 days ago (1÷23÷16) and about 5,000 miles later… My friend, who is a certified mechanic, was putting on my leveling kit and aftermarket exhaust system. He decided to peak under the truck to check for any noticeable faults before installing. Awesome. Gets underneath and first thing he notices is the oil pan leaking… Then he notices the passenger side strut coil is completely cracked and last he notices the rear pinion is leaking… Sweet. My luck. I replace the strut mount since I figured that stuff happens and I needed a safe part for the instal. But it’s hard to believe that the oil pan and rear pinion would be leaking after only 5,000 miles and a claimed good thorough inspection… I decided to call into the dealership and told them exactly what was wrong with the vehicle along with the trans issue that was still problematic. I told drew in service that my oil pan is leaking, the rear pinion is leaking and the transmission is still acting up. I asked if he could see if any of these issues are under warranty. He said that there will be a $ 120 charge to diagnose. Okay I just told you exactly what’s wrong… Upon arrival I meet drew. He draws up my inspection sheet on the computer and it comes out to be $ 240?! I told him exactly what was wrong with the truck (rear pinion and oil pan leak) and to see if it’s covered under warranty… I’m not sure why you have to charge me an inspection fee when I already know what the problem is and told you… I didn’t know it cost $ 120 to take a flashlight to the oil pan and pinion and say «oh yep, that’s leaking. Annnnnd yep that’s leaking too.» Obviously need new gaskets or seals… Took me about 28 seconds to diagnose… The $ 120 transmission check was bumped down to $ 60… I get a call today and drew proceeds to tell me what’s wrong with the leaks, which I already told him… Then he proceeds to tell me that there is a PCM update… Ok. I’m thinking to myself. Why was this not found when I brought it back the first time? The problematic shift point was the exact same as it was 5 months ago… I try not to deal with dealer service but j thought that maybe something would be covered under the lifetime powertrain warranty but it wasn’t. Don’t think it was fair for me to pay $ 180 for an problem that I told him before even showing up. And a trans issue I asked to address 6 months ago that wasn’t.
All in All they wanted $ 479 for the oil pan leak, $ 199 for the rear pinion leak and an extra $ 120 bumped down to $ 60 for the transmission issue…

This is a great place to buy a car. I worked with Mike. He was very knowledgable and helpful without being «car salesman pushy». These guys know what they are talking about. They found the car I wanted and didn’t try to sell me something else.
They delivered exactly the car I was looking for, exactly when they said they would. And at a great price. I do not like visiting dealerships usually, but this was an unusually good experience.
They also include a warranty which is much better than other dealerships.
I will buy my next car here.

Will go there again when it’s time to buy again!

A quick note, first off; Cucci appears to be totally different from Springhill Ford. As far as I can tell, the only thing they have in common are the building and the lot. Cucci is apparently a bunch of tech guys who really love Mustangs and decided one day to start a dealership. Their previous affiliation with the industry really shows.
I bought a new Ford from Cucci around New Years ²⁰¹⁴⁄₂₀₁₅. They found exactly the car I wanted at another dealership and had it transferred over. The car I wanted had a very, very odd combination of specs, but they found it. As a first time buyer, I was understandably skeptical, and as someone with many years in sales, I can smell bullshit a mile away.
There wasn’t any. No bullshit, no nonsense, nothing. They sold me the car at a price so low that it isn’t even on the scale at
, and they never tried anything weird.
Their lifetime warranty was what brought me to them, and according to my research, it’s on the up and up and valid even if they go under. You have to get your maintenance done on time and by the book, and be able to prove it, but you don’t have to do it with them.
I haven’t tried their service department yet.
Had a great experience, and really recommend them. So many people want a car buying experience to be simply a TRANSACTION. With them, it was.

Very good quality people. I purchased my 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander from Cucci Ford I found the salesman and staff to be very friendly and not pushy. I felt comfortable around them and the dealership was very nice and clean. I drove up from Louisville KY during the July 4^th weekend just to purchase this type of car and Manny one of the salesman took the time to help us find a nice hotel in the area and suggested a few nice places to eat. The original salesman that I was dealing with over the phone Frank Mcgovern was very professional and pleasant to talk to sorry that I didn’t show up at the specified time. I was also very impressed with my second salesman (Dave)he made the process of buying my car very relaxing, thank you Dave I would definitely buy another vehicle from Cucci Ford and I highly recommend them. Oh and I forgot to mention they gave me an excellent deal on my car with an excellent interest rate Thanks again.

Just purchased and took my new f150 in for service. The new dealership looks great and my oil was changed, car washed, and vacuumed all under 45 mins! I’m glad to see the changes finally starting to take effect at Cucci. Spring Hill Ford was on the downswing and went out of business, glad to see Ford allocating a new dealer group! Even the new owners are always waking the floor! You have my business!!!
