History

Established in 1985.

t\The Legacy that Is Kurt’s, began in 1985 when Kurt and his wife decided to fulfill a dream and to open their own Restaurant creating «Kurt’s Cuisine» on the corner of Spalding and 141. In the fall of 1999, Kurt’s relocated to the original River Manor and continued to expose all of Gwinnett the fine art or European Cuisine.

Now, some 25 years later, we at Kurt’s have come full circle, and have downsized our operations and have moved to our present location at the corner of Peachtree Industraial Blvd reinventing itself to become Your New Neighborhood Bistro.

Meet the Business Owner

alexander E.

Business Owner

The Son Of Kurt… Alexander was «volunteered» early to help out at the family business early on. Working weekends, during Summer Break and just about any other time that the need was there, Alexander developed a respect for the Industry at an early age. After doing the curious College Stint, and receiving his degree, Alexander missed the kitchen and especially the rush of the restaurant world that he committed himself to the family business and started immediately to work under his father daily. Shortly there after he went over seas and first backpacked a bit through Europe before settling into a mini apprenticeship in the small town of Oberstenfeld (just North of his Father’s Homeland — Stuttgart). Once returning from Germanyu, Kurt’s opened Vreny’s Biergarten and eventually turned over creative control of this side project to Alexander.
