The staff was very helpful and personable. I did not feel rushed to make a decision and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Even the vision exam was very professional. I had never been to a «chain» eye doctor but due to the relocation of my previous eye doctor, I chose to go to America’s Best. And I was not disappointed. Thanks again for a great experience

We are from Chicago but when visiting we decided to go ahead and get our eye exams done. I haven’t always had the best experience when it comes to budget eye care places.
This America’s Best changed that. The staff was friendly, the store was clean. I ended up ordering glasses and they shipped them to my home address. While the sample frames fit perfectly — when I received mine they were way too big. I couldn’t wear them. I took them to a local AB store to get them tightened and they weren’t really able to handle it.
On our next visit to Galena, we took them back in to this branch and they were able to properly bend the frames to fit perfectly. The only complaint I had is that when I tried to order my contacts at my local branch — and they said they didn’t have access to that information? Wha?
Overall — great experience!
