WORST wendys ever. I went to the drive thru at about 11:30pm. I was the only car there. My order was simple(cheeseburger, chkn nuggets, fries and sprite). After I paid, they asked me to pull forward to wait for my «fresh made«food. I said no problem and asked them to please include ketchup. After I waited almost 10 min the girl brought my food. NOTHING fresh about it. Cold fries and chkn. NOKETCHUPINTHEBAG and she forgot my soda. I’m mean I never really expect 100% accuracy from drive thru, but they couldn’t have messed this order up any worse. C’mon wendys night crew, get it together…

AWFUL. The worst Wendy’s I have been to. I should have heeded warning that it was dead here at noon that perhaps this location blows and yep it sure did. Maria the cashier was a rude witch taking my order. Had an ugly look her face and was unpleasant. She shouldn’t be working with the public with a piss poor attitude. Don’t make your own problems other people’s problems. Should have figured this girl was going to screw up my order AND she did. The burger was wrong. The second burger was worse. The meat tasted salty and was completely off. The back people putting the food together don’t know what they are doing here. Simple burgers with all the wrong ingredients… ummm hello??? Do you not know how to make each burger on your menu? Guess not. I would never come back here again. Would rather starve.

I am a easy mark for the TV ads. Ever since the Wendy’s Baconator commercials came out I have been wanting to try it. I only had about 20 minutes to eat to get to my haircut appt. so I stopped in Wendy’s in Dublin. It was super busy but they churned out the orders fast. I got Baconator meal with a small fries and drink $ 9.04. The Baconator is basicly a Wendy’s double cheeseburger with two layers of bacon. The patties were plump and the bacon was plenty. If this burger were on a nice brouche bun it would be the bomb. But it comes with the regular burger bun which disintergates with the sauces and juices.

I hate fastfood… But I love Wendy’s. As of late, something has been going terribly wrong at this location. My order has been incorrect 5 out of the last 6 times! It’s to the point where I ask them to double check-and then triple check myself. I’m hoping they get it together.

Rolled through the drive-thru and picked up a chicken cesar salad. Jesus who is my favorite drive-thru employee took my order. He was polite, friendly and got my order correct as usual. He’s a super nice guy and has great customer service!

Tradition had it that after Daddy would pick Mom up from church, they would stop by Wendy’s to treat themselves to chili & fries So after Daddy passed away, I recently picked Mom up at church(she doesn’t drive) and asked if she wanted to stop anywhere on the way home & she said Wendy’s We just went through the drivethru but the intercom system was clear, the menu was nicely displayed & the person working the register was friendly as could be & wished us a nice day. You don’t always get this from fast food places but this Wendy’s seems to excel in their customer service And to further emphasize the point — Mom told me stories about how they would always go inside to order & she found out all these years later that it was because Daddy was so hard of hearing that he couldn’t understand the drivethru intercoms but she never put it together until now… her story included comments about service always being courteous, pleasant, & quick & it was a big part of their always wanting to come back every Sunday I have noticed that not many places have a lot of tolerance for Senior Citizens so it creates a special place in my heart to hear about Wendy’s(& now to also experience it for myself) Thanks for taking care of my parents for all those years & now Mom & I have a new tradition & I’m so happy Wendy’s continues to give her such happy memories

The burgers are decent, but they can’t seem to get orders right. The last four visits, three of the orders were messed up. The last visit I complained and the manager told me the next visit would be free. Today the manager told she’d only give me the kids .99 bugers free, then tried to charge me for them, then gave me 4 kids burgers when I ordered 2, and charged me for the kids burgers too. They also didn’t make any of the burgers right today. The one star is for lying to me about my free lunch and then screwing it up anyways. If you have a problem at this store, don’t ask Ena, you’ll get attitude and little else, and yes she’s a manager too.

Usually I have good experiences going thru the drive thru, but I’m really not liking the Spanish lady that holds her finger at you if she gets the order wrong. EVERYTIME I go thru the drive thru and she[s working there, SHEGETSMYORDERSWRONG!!! It’s quite frustrating especially when I ordered a strawberry lemonade no ice, she gives me lemonade and insisting I take it. I’m like no, I always order the same drink in all my orders, when she corrects it, she just puts a few strawberry purée and call it a day. AWFULSERVICEANDSHEMESSESUPTOOMUCH! I’m sorry, but it would be better if you get the orders right and not half crap on my order.

Ciabatta chicken sandwich comes with spicy, grilled, or homestyle choice of chicken patty. Buy the Frosty keychain for $ 1, to get a free Frosty Jr with purchase for all of 2014. It’s a tiny sample size cup, but it’s free. The«free wifi» is useless, does not connect.

This is my go to lunch place. Customer service is above and beyond. They always make sure you walk out with a smile on your face. They do not make you feel rushed when ordering, even during lunchtime. They always have something great whether its a side salad or their recently featured new burgers.

DONOTGOTOTHEIRDRIVETHROUGHAFTER10OREVEN9!!! I regret driving by here each time but its the only wendys near san ramon and it is on the way back home from work. I always get the meal with the nuggets with their bbq sauce i really like. 4OUTOF5TIMES(and all these going in their drive thru after 9PM i would come home to find me with the nastiest fries. They were close to cold it tasted like i was chewing potato boiled with way too much salt. I don’t usually rate fast food places but today i was so pissed i had to write one. My nuggets which in the past were fresh and hot by the time i get home were so cold and dry. Even their bbq sauce i love could not help me finish them. Paid $ 9.01 to be exact and i ate 1pc nugget 4 fries and the rest in my trash. Pissed and not a way to end a day. I will drive a bit out of my way to in n out since their food has consistency.

We eat here when we’re in a pinch and need something on the go. We like their baked potatoes, chili and grilled chicken wraps. I’m not sure I’ve ever given a fast food place 5 stars before or will ever do it again, but the people that staff this place are wonderful. Having teenagers myself, I assure you I’m not anti teenager or young employees. However, the workers we find when we go here are often on the more mature side and they are so friendly and accommodating. It’s hard to articulate exactly what I mean, but it’s little things like asking if we want ketchup or sauce before we even ask. I’ve never had a bad experience here due to the friendliness of the staff. I’m not going to say we are here weekly, but sometimes when you need something quick, it’s nice to have a place like this around with several semi healthy options including things like as simple baked potato. Anyway, great job here with wonderful service. Whoever does the hiring here is making some very wise choices. I don’t know if they are paying a little more to buy extra experience, but if they are, it’s a good move and no doubt an investment that is paying for itself many times over.

Wendy’s from the outside looks huge but the dining area is very small. was prompted for an order upon entry to the counter, hesitated. menu is difficult to understand. eats: medium frostie(1.69) –came in a plastic cup. all the pictures showed a cone. –frostied tasted more like a milkshake than a frosty. –very sweet, thick, hard to suck with a straw. –wouldn’t reorder 2 stars drips: –customer ok. setup poor.

This Wendy’s ROCK!!! Great Customer Service and the BEST Chicken Pecan Salad and Dressing EVER!!! This salad is a main staple(without the cheese) and now I have my husband addicted. I’ve lost 22+ lbs. on Weight Watchers eating this salad on a regular basis, sometimes for lunch and dinner the same day, never tiring of the flavor. But truly the gal who is always at the window taking my money(wish I knew her name — but she knows me…) is really great. I always feel welcome.

I’ve gone to this Wendy’s drive through before and for the most part never had any problems. Occasionally they would forget a fork for my chili or a salad dressing but I always double check my food before I leave so that is not an issue. However, yesterday 12÷31÷12 was a different story. My boyfriend and i drove through the drive through and a man greeted me through the speaker. Suddenly a woman takes over without any warning. While taking my order the woman kept randomly laughing and talking in spanish to another employee. I had to repeat each order item multiple times before she got it. I got a salad and my boyfriend got a chicken sandwich and frosty. We get to the window, the woman(still speaking in spanish and laughing with another employee) sticks her hand out the window for the money without even looking at us. A few seconds later, she hands the frosty out the window, still not breaking eye contact with the other employee. She is still laughing with the other employee. She hands over my salad and then completely turns her back to the car. After a minute or two I ask for the sandwich in which she replies«You didnt order a sandwich» in a rude tone. I repeated the chicken sandwich order twice and she had even asked if I wanted the meal or just the sandwich alone. The receipt shows I paid for a salad, frosty and iced tea. I explained that and she demanded I pay an additional $ 4 for the chicken sandwich because she didn’t ring it up. Finally after a bunch of arguing she gave the sandwich on the house, with a smug look on her face so i’m sure there was some spitting involved. I won’t be going here again even though Wendy salads are my favorite.

Watch out for this branch when going drive-thru. They have consistently got my orders wrong i.e. regular instead of spicy nuggets, no spoon with chili, no sauce with nuggets, etc. Check your food before you pull out.

Food: Delicious for a fast food restaurant. Love the chili and baked potato; plus you can eat both of these items for under 500 calories to make a healthy, tasty meal! The spicy chicken nuggets and burgers are good like any other fast food joint. Value: Meal for two under $ 5??? That’s right! One double stack, one baked potato, two chilis, and chicken nuggets for $ 4.84. Can’t get any better than that. Their value menu is fantastic! We did use an Entertainment book coupon for a BOGO small chili, but their small chili is only $ 1.19. Service: Fast and efficient. Ambiance: Clean.
