Egg mcmuffin came with egg shells. I was being good and responded to their survey and let them know that the taste was bad and also it had egg shells, I was so surprised that there was absolutely no action taken to refund money nor even talk to me. I got an email stating that they wont refund money but i have to go and meet them in person to get another one. Well, what will be the proof that they will give me one? or rather why the hell will i have to go and get it from them, when they dont care about giving the proper thing in the first place. The Customer care manager for Bay area Debbie Carrington was the one who stated this, this shows how well the McD as a company cares for its customers, the survey is all BS. I pray that McD fails and the companys shares go rock bottom. Bad management and customer care doesnt deserve anything more than that.

Most of my visits at this location my order is wrong. Today I went there, I ordered one of the meals plain(just chicken and cheese) and I got chicken, cheese, a ton of mayo, lettuce and tomatoes, the other meal, I ordered Dr. pepper, I got pepsi, and last, they forgot to give me the kids meal altogether. Went back to get the kids meal bc I was still in parrking lot. Wasted money and time bc I didn’t check the other meals until I got home. Threw it away. Don’t leave there until you check your food!

Restaurant needs more cleaning. Trash bins were overflowing and tables are dirty. Food was expected for McDonald’s but service is not as good. Location was recently redecorated but floors are sticky.

As previous posts state the older lady that works the drive thru is horrible. She is very rude and her demeanor is flat. She has always been like this. She adds no value to your sales. I don’t understand why she is still there. I work in Dublin and used to go here quite often. Now it’s once a month maybe. Thanks for saving me money leaving that rude lady at the window.

Attention Manager; Please replace your American flag immediately. I am sure this is an oversight, but the flag is tattered and hanging by only one corner. This is an embarrassment, but I am sure you will fix this quickly.

I don’t go to this mcdonalds often, but when I do, it NEVER fails that the person helping me is extremely rude. Theirs an older lady that works there that Cleary hates her life and isn’t afraid to show it to you. Literally argued with me when I asked her a question about the value menu. I went on Sunday and the girl that was«helping» me had a lipstick Kiss tattoo on her neck. I asked her for a couple ranches and one buffalo sauce and she looked at me like I threatened her life. I told her, «Thank you for you help, I appreciate it,» and she just stares at me. Doesn’t say a single word back. I understand it’s fast food, but is it really that hard to be polite? Especially when it’s your job? I manage a restaurant and if I ever found out any of my employees acted the way these workers do, I’d fire them immediately. This mcdonalds is down the street from my dads house and I will never go there again.

Came in 10 min till closing and ordered some food. Was told when I recieved the food just before closing that they are closing and I have to leave. Have never been told that at any fast food establishment. Ridiculous.

I have never had bad experience in McDonald’s, but this location, the lady revise my order twice but still not correctly deliver my melt. Coffee with no cream and sugar, not even ask me if I needed, the cap of my coffee is not well secured, so it spilled on my hand and my car. I won’t be back again to this location even I’m living around the area.

Someone create a Zero star rating. I ordered Big Mac, McChicken, fries and drink at the drive-thru window. I was bummed initially because they definitely skimped me on the fries. Then, I bit into the Big Mac and the buns were somewhat stale! As if things could get worse, there was little to no lettuce on the McChicken. Really? I mean it’s a fast-food chain restaurant so I could care less about the quality of service but Damn! I never review a McDonald’s but seriously this spot needs to pay more attention. This place had me honestly thinking, «wtf». Never coming back.

Most expensive McDonalds ever(pricier than an airport.) $ 4 for an egg mcmuffin(JUST the sandwich, not the meal.) And my oatmeal was excessively watery. Never thought I’d write a Unilocal review about a McDonalds, but alas, I’ve had no choice. The public must be warned.

Food was cold. Typical McD’s. But at least this one has a nice interior and a kid’s play place if you have a child. I heard someone else complain about their food just now also.

First time at this location and it’s one of the modern ones… seating is loungy with modern touches… no more of those plastic booth seating but ones with cushion and fabric chair and a flat-screen tv. Place has 2 registers with 1 person working it… only 1 other person ahead of me and they were waiting for their order… it seem to take awhile and that’s something new for any McDonald’s…this particular one doesn’t seem to move around too quickly.

New to the area and my first visit. Very expensive… never paid over $ 10 for two egg mcmuffins and a lg OJ. The OJ wasn’t cold. Service was slow. Amazing…

Worst service ever. They are almost always rude and mean. Especially during the free coffee promotion. You ask for a free coffee and you hear ‘ugh ok’ I’m not sure what it is about this McDonald’s but I’ve never had a friendly visit. Most of the time my order is cold, especially the fries. I don’t know if I’ve ever gotten fresh fries at this specific McDonald’s

We went through the drive through. I ordered 40 mcnuggets with sweet and sour and hot mustard. I received zero sauce cups. The mcchicken fillets were very hard and dry and inedible. The fries were the only thing that was good. We ended up throwing away most of the nuggets because we didn’t have any sauce. We live in Sacramento so there was no point in turning back after going on the freeway. We don’t expect perfection but this visit was really disappointing.

A typical McDonald’s. However, I’m not sure how, when I ordered one cookie and a diet coke the voice on the other end thought I ordered two diet cokes. Very strange.

This Mcdonald’s location is on the corner of 2 busy streets, so the drive — through ends up taking longer than to go inside the store to order. The service varies here. there have been many times when I have gone here and the employees are so slow and don’t understand my order. Other times they are very fast and get my order right away. I will usually come here for breakfast, chicken Mcnuggets, french fries, 99 cent coffee, and their caramel frappes. They usually get my order correct, but sometimes they will forget some stuff so I always remember to double — check my order.

Fast food is well, meant to be fast food. After a day of dealing with a sick dog and then trying to head home with a screaming hungry toddler, I had to make it fast. McDonald’s was my fast, make it stop crying, option. In particular what was being cried at me from the back seat was«French Fries!!!» Ok, Ok we’re getting the fries. I ordered the little guy a Cheeseburger Happy Meal and myself an Angus Burger. Just the burger not the meal. The drive through lady asked me if my child was a boy or girl. I said boy. To my sons delight he received a ballerina Barbie doll in his Happy Meal. Why bother asking if you’re not going to pay attention? Nothing shuts a baby up for 40 minutes like french fries. Trust me.
