We order our Little League pictures every year from this company. I have been satisfied in the past with the quality of the pictures and the staff is very friendly when taking the pics. The prices are expensive and the package options are not great.
We took pictures in March 2014. When I received my picture package I noticed that they spelled my kids last name wrong on the trading cards. I called and they apologized for the error and said that they would send out the corrected trading cards in a week or so. 2 months passed and we realized that they never sent the replacement photos. Called today and they said they will RUSH Order them and we will have them in a few days…
Was it not a RUSH order the first time?
Will they send me coupons for my next purchase with them?

Stephanie is AMAZING.
I used to model so I’m really picky when it comes to Photographers.
She took my wedding pictures, my sisters senior pictures and I can’t imagine using anyone else. She’s not only an amazing photographer, she’s also very sweet.
Highly recommend to anyone that is looking for perfection.

Image Pro Studios has very nice and respectful people on staff and the sitting itself was quite enjoyable.
However, while they provided a wonderful studio experience for taking my daughter’s Senior pictures, the pictures themselves were not that impressive. They looked like something that a Sears studio would turn out. For the amount of money they charge for a sheet of portraits, I expected much more. My daughter’s friends took better pictures of her than this studio did.
I wouldn’t consider using them again for anything other than getting the basic yearbook picture done.

I was very impressed by their service. My sister was taking forever picking out a boa and checking her make-up/hair, but the photographer was really patient and helpful. She didn’t rush us at all. Also, this company is extremely well-run and efficient. Right when you’re done with getting one picture done (and you’re scheduled to do two), there’s someone in the hallway ready to sweep you up to direct you to the next room you’re in. Very organized and structured.

My high school made us go here to take our senior portraits for the yearbook. Four years later here I am taking my younger sister for her senior portrait. The staff is very nice! There are many poses to choose from. Kind of expensive, but professional photography always is. Pictures turn out amazing.

Pro Image is a really nice place to get all your posing done. They are very professional and they offer reasonable prices for photo packages. I took my senior portrait in here, and I can’t wait to take my family back here, to have our own family portrait taken here. You have so much options to choose from, you can basically do anything you want once it comes to photos. They also offer blemish removals for your photos.
