I would definitely recommend this company. Rommel has been there to help my family with major work and minor work, and he and his crew are always courteous and knowledgeable. His prices are fair and the work is good, we never had any further problems after they came out.

Some contractors never call or call you back. Lil Rooter contacted me promptly and they gave me the best offer and began work immediately. They fixed and replaced my 18 year old water heater. When a glitch came up they were willing to do what was necessary to make me happy. They were polite, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them. I never give 5 stars but in their case they worked so had to make things right for me they deserve this rating.

Excellent and Professional! Had a clogged line, called them up and showed up on time. They ended up replacing an old broken pipe, covered it up like it hadn’t been dug open and cleaned up before the left. The whole crew knew what they had to do and finished in no time. Good deal! Overpriced!
The service we received was good and the person friendly. But it was really overpriced compared to other plumbing services we have used in the past 2 – 3 years.
Here are more details: we needed to have our kitchen faucet replaced with a new one. We called the plumber and he was able to come in the next morning, which was very timely. When he arrived he couldn’t find the water meter for some time to shut off the water so he told us to start calling the water service company until finally locating the meter. Then he worked on replacing the faucet which took him a few hours, apparently the faucet was rusted so he needed to use him tools to cut it off. This all took him 3 hours and he charged us PER HOUR so this came to over $ 600. I was quite shocked. Other plumbers we have used in the past had charged us a flat fee for the service. This was just a rip off.

We have called on Rommel twice to fix pluming issues and both times he did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Plumbers are frequently delayed due to unexpected challenges, but Rommel always calls with a time update. We love him and plan to call him again for future work.

Rommel is full of himself, arrogant in talking, and plays cheap. When I identified in the camera that there are still tree roots in the pipe — answer was I need to charge extra for cleaning up. He left all stinky garbage he took out from the pipe in my front yard. Very unprofessional, UN-​courteous, unwelcoming personality.

Very good plumbing service. Very friendly and professional. Very affordable price as well. Definitely reliable and the plumber knows his stuff. I would recommend this plumbing service to everyone.

Don’t let that baby face on the truck nor Romel’s friendly demeanor fool you. Ms Rooter is shady and unprofessional.
Charged us over $ 1,000+ more than what it would normally cost to do the job, and the workmanship is below par.
After he gets paid, he cares less about helping you out. I wouldn’t use them again, neither should you. I learned it the hard way after the fact. There are more professional contractors to choose from.

I just purchased a new home and have had to make quite a few calls to different companies for various services. I actually created a Unilocal profile to post a review of Ms Rooter as the experience was excellent! Rommel was refered to us by a co-​worker and we will definitely be calling him again. When he came out on a Saturday to do some work on our hot water heater and the washer hook-​up he called in advance and was there at the beginning of the 2 hour time window given. While it took my handyman and his crew of 2 multiple hours to install a water line for the fridge, Rommel was in and out quickly and did a great job while providing options for short term/​long term solutions to potential future problems. Who would not like a guy who re-​branded his business in his daughters image!

We called another plumber who promised to be there for us, and he never showed up. We called Rommel and he came out and let us know where he was until he got to our house. He assessed the problem, gave us options, and finished the job in one day! I would highly recommend him & his crew to my friends and family. This is also a family owned business which is nice! I thought that this would be a good experience but, I was wrong! Rommel who is the owner and plumber came out ¹⁄₁₂ hours late and wasted valuable time. He removed toliets that I asked him not to. He kept putting off the installation of the kitchen sink and ran out multiple times to his truck. The work he did complete was actually not finished at all. I had to hire another plumber to fix the sink that was leaking and the tub water drain still is not set right. I contacted him because each item he touched was not completed as he stated it was and his timeframe which he quoted for all of the items listed for installation was not so. He never offered to come back to correct it or even give a discount for the inconvience. He told me to sue him for the money if I wanted it back. Do not, Do not use this company for any of your plumbing needs!!!
