This place is just terrible. Can’t express my distaste for them.
I went there for a state inspection and was told it was cash only. Strange, but not a big deal. I get told to pull around back and get in line behind the garage.
After about 10 minutes of waiting this guy approaches me and says my windows are too dark, and he’d need to measure them. OK, it’s never been an issue for the past 3 years at the dealership but have at it Haus. After measuring, he grumbled something about being right on the limit.
I’m then told to start my vehicle. Immediately I’m asked if my exhaust is legal, he says it’s very loud. I reply that it’s 100% factory exhaust and never been a problem before. He says «I doubt that very much.» and walked back to the garage. Sorry my sports car doesn’t sound like a Prius.
That’s all I could take. Backed up and left, and I will never step foot there again. Terrible customer service. They need to learn how to treat and interact with people.

Driving on 290 and your oil light goes on, you are fortunate enough to look to your left and see an oil change shop right there. I had changed my oil three days earlier, but shit happens and when the oil light goes on and your engine begins to knock, you don’t hesitate too long.
They got to work quickly, showed me the problem, the already darkened engine oil, the heavy new filter and had me on the road again in twenty minutes. The boys were friendly and professional and saved my engine from the scrap heap.
