If I could I would give them 0 stars! I went in on a Friday afternoon with no customers insight to return an online purchase. I had the original packing slip where it states«to return this item to a store ALL you need is this packing slip». The sales associate insisted I needed the original email stating how I paid for the item; they needed to know if I paid with credit, PayPal or amazon. I no longer had that email(I clean out my emails quit often), she then called her manager over the phone & he insisted the same to her. By this time I informed her that if she would scan the receipt it would show how I paid, common sense but didn’t help. I got on the phone with the manager &1 could hardly get in a word, 2 he kept insisting that without that email they couldn’t do anything &3 he had nothing to do with how PacSun online runs & does things. I’m sorry I didn’t know there was a difference between PacSun online & in store. I’m 9 months pregnant, wasn’t going to deal with an idiot, so I hung up, walked out & went to the PacSun at the Citadel location. I had no issues returning the product. They didn’t ask for an email & were extremely apologetic for the nonsense I had to deal with at the Stonewood location. Said this wasn’t the first time they’ve had a complaint about them. Stonewood PacSun needs to be trained on their system & customer service!

No. Just no. This place was quite messy and unorganized. I didn’t see a sales associate anywhere. I only saw a few customers. I was on the hunt for a maxi skirt, and this place didn’t have one at a reasonable price. $ 40… for a plain skirt from PacSun that’s not an actual brand like Roxy or Billabong? I don’t think so.

I haven’t shopped here much in recent years but I went in with a friend to return something bought from the Cerritos store. They were unusually pushy to buy something else. They kept asking what was wrong with the product why we were returning it. When the sales associate looked at the receipt she said«Oh. You bought this in Cerritos??» Like it was a problem. She asked if the associate at the other store had rung up the item twice, when we had already explained that we bought the same item in two different sizes and were returning one. Eventually we got the refund. But I think I will continue to buy from Tillys in Long Beach, their staff is always courteous and helpful when doing returns.

Came in today to exchange a shirt my sister bought for my son. They didn’t have anything he liked. The sales associate was really nice and offered us store credit so he could come back another time and get something he liked. She suggested some other things like the new stock of men’s shoes in the back and a lot of their sales items but my picky son said no. So we took the store credit. The selection of clothes is similar to that at Tilly’s and Active. So if you like this type of clothing this is closer than heading out to Long Beach.
