so i went to this store last friday to buy an Iphone5 i took the phone to sprint to add it to my line sprint told me that this phone is still attached to someones account so i took the phone back to Cell Again and the only thing they cld do was give me an iphone 5c until tuseday so I went back t the store on wed and i stll dont have my phone DONTBUYNOTHINGFROMTHISPLACETHEYSUCK

CellAgain? More like FailAgain. These GOOBERS sold my mom a «new» Samsung S3 that didn’t even work! As soon as we realized it, we came back to get a refund but apparently they FORGOT to mention to my mom that there are NOREFUNDS. LOOK, if that’s the way your crooked company works that fine, but at least be TRANSPARENT with your customers that there are no refunds for your POORQUALITY phones. I thought it was fishy that they sell the same New and used phones for the SAME price. Apart from that, they’re customer service is not the best. To be fair, the associate was calm and collected in explaining his company’s unfair system, but ended up telling my brother to «just walk away». RUDE, ARROGANT, and very UNPROFESSIONAL. At the end, we felt cheated. Not cool.
