billy (manager/​supervisor) is a total jerk and doesn’t care at all about customer service. it took twice as long to get my car back.
they dont take credit cards for service over $ 1000.00. this means you have to pay cash or cashiers check… not even a personal check!

look at the other 5 star reviews… i bet it was the company itself that wrote those reviews. there is no way they would get 5 stars from anyone.

Do not bring your vehicle here. I was given an estimate of 3 weeks for the repair of my vehicle, and 3 delays and 6.5 weeks later, I still do not have my vehicle. Most ridiculous vehicle repair I have ever dealt with in my life, the staff will straight up lie to you if they say they’re going to check on your vehicle and call you back. You will have to call them back multiple times in order to get any follow up from the person assigned to your vehicle.
Avoid this place at all cost.

Took my 911 Carrera 4S in for some major damage to the front end.
Josh my advisor was amazing trough the entire process and the work completed was flawless, looks like original factory work, no wonder they are an authorized porsche repair center.
Josh and the team were amazing, I will never go or recommend any other shop to anyone!

Brought my brand new BMW in for the removal of a small dent (about the size of a baseball) and it’s now 3 weeks later and they haven’t even started the repairs! First it was waiting on the insurance co to send additional funds. Then it was waiting on parts. What parts?! If you knew you didn’t have the parts, why weren’t they ordered from the beginning?! It’s a constant battle trying to get someone on the phone not to mention return a call. The past 3 weeks have been a nightmare. You’ll be promised an unrealistic timeframe as well as the usual «I’ll call you back». I made the mistake of not reading the Unilocal reviews before taking my car here. Had I done so, I wouldn’t be 3 weeks without a car nor $ 800 into car rental fees when I have a brand new car sitting at their facility with less than 3k miles. Now let’s see how much longer before I get my car since repairs haven’t even been started. I’m sure something else will come up with these people!

Car was sent to be fixed here and was estimated at the maximum 1 month time frame. I hardly got any updates as some of the other folks mentioned, I had to be the one calling constantly to find out what was going on with my car. They ended up ordering the wrong headlights which has been a constant delay for my car. I still haven’t received it even though it has been continuously promised for 3 weeks now. Very frustrating place, I hope I never get into another accident so I won’t have to deal with this ridiculous amount of frustration and deceit from this place. Take it elsewhere.

I had an unfortunate incident with my brand new car that I purchased for my aging mother. I explained my issue to the team at European and they helped to get her back into my car as soon as possible. The best part was the consistent communication as we worked through dealing with the other parties insurance company. Then the car was delivered as promised with zero issues and I literally can’t tell where it happened.

Just came back from this place, and can’t wait to send out this warning. DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!
In short, they have more than enough business from the dealerships and don’t care a bit about individual customers.
But if you don’t care about your time, money and the way they treat you. Ignore my words.
Here is my full experience:
Two months ago, I dropped off my car for a paint repair. Soon I noticed they have zero follow up, I called them about 10 times about my repair. I heard ’ I will call you back/​I will let you know in 10 mins’ for 10 times, and none of their people have ever call me back even once.
When they finished the repair, them asked me to sign something saying they have notified me ahead that there is a increase in the charges. Their rep did talked about the price earlier that day, and he said clearly: ‘your price is same as the original, no changes.’ I should have recorded the conversation.
Today I went there for the final finish and a car wash. I made the appointment a month ago and confirmed with them in the morning. They said it’s going to take about an hour. After I checked in, I waited 30 mins… My car is still where I parked it and no one even checked! Turned out they were passing around my key and nobody knows what to do. And finally the front desk lady ask me to arrange another appointment cause they have no time to do the things they promised a month ago.
This is one of the most disappointing place I have ever been to. I give them 1 star because they did finished the paint job. So like I said, this is not for individual customers.

The worst customer services. They mention they will have my car ready by 12:30, its 3:00 pm and the car is not ready. During the process they never fallow up. I would always have to call to get an updated. I figure they would have superior customer services due to the fact that they deal with luxury cars.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! i would NEVER recommend this place to a single person on this earth! The customer service sucked & most of all, unfortunately, the work done on my vehicle was worse. These people took 4 full months to repair the front end of my car & i was also mislead & lied to in regards to the time frame. First i was told it would be 30 days, fine, but 30 days came & went all while still being mislead. They provided a loaner car which had a few scratches on the bumper (which i pointed out right then & there) & they said it was fine & documented it. Well when i finally get my car back these people had the NERVE to try & charge me $ 500 for something i did NOT do & was previously on the car to begin with! UNBELIEVABLE! Also, they put used cheap parts on my car & did not do a good job at ALL! Even my headlight that they replaced was completely different than my original headlight, not to mention they did not even put the door panel on correctly it was completely hanging off looked like a 10 year old fixed my car. Having a luxury car you would expect to have a wonderful job done especially when these are the types of cars they repair. I demanded to talk to the owner & of course once i was hounding the owner (with no call back after leaving message after message with receptionist) all of a sudden they said i didn’t owe anything. They really do take advantage of the consumer & see how far they can go to get money out of you! Wondering how many other people they did this to that didn’t stand up for themselves & just paid them! Don’t ever go hear save yourself the headache. Also, the gentlemen’s name is Blake Riley (he’s horrible btw) hopefully he no longer works there but i doubt it.

It feels good knowing that your car will get absolutely the best care in the business! After my small bumper accident this place was on it from beginning to end. Don’t just take your car anywhere this place is top tier! Not to mentioned the staff I dealt with very cool and friendly!

Do Yourself A Favor And Do Not Bring Your Car Here! I Dropped Off My Car After A Pretty Bad Accident. I Already Had An Estimate Of Repairs But They Insisted On evaluating The Car Again. I Agreed Thinking What Harm Could It Do. I Was Told Both Myself And My Insurance Company Would Be Contacted Once The evaluation Was Compete. No One Ever Called Or Followed Up With Me Or My Insurance Company. Once I Did So I Was Told That My Car Was totaled And That I Owed An Additional $ 200 On ToP Of What My insurance Would Reimburse For It Being At There Shop For So Long. When Asked Why No One Called My insurance Company To Notify Them My Car Was Totaled I Was Told That They Called All State To notify Them. I explained To The Person Handing My Car RepAirs that I Don’t Have All State And That’s Why No One Acted Sooner To Have The Car Removed. The Staff Basically Told Me its My Problem Not There’s. I Asked For Some Sympathy As I Had Just Gotten Out Of The Hospital From Having A Baby Otherwise I Would have Followed Up Much Sooner. Again My Problem Not There’s.Wow Now That’s What I Call Amazing Customer Service.

I had a very good experience at European Collision. My 11′ Porsche 911 hit some debris on the freeway and was in need of a new bumper among a few other smaller fixes.
I originally decided to go here because they were the only Porsche certified center in the area, and came recommended by the dealership that does my scheduled maintenance.
Everyone I spoke to from my first contact with Raul in the reception area to Bill the advisor was extremely courteous and generous with their time. Bill was always on the ball being available to take my call or getting right back to me if I left a message.
I am extremely difficult to please when it comes to my car, but I came away quite happy.

Integrity! Integrity! Integrity! Wow! These guys are great! Someone hit my 2013 BMW 750LI in a parking lot. I dropped in and their tech was able to buff out most of the damage and then referred me to a paintless sent removal guy to save me thousands. It is awesome to find a business that is professional and puts the customers needs first.

I took my foot off the gas and rolled into the car in front of me at about 1 mph. No damage to them but I had a prior spot where a piece of tire had hit my bumper and it caused the front bumper to spider and crack. My beautiful Porsche did not look so hot.
I called European motors, an advertiser in our Porsche club magazine, and they brought me a loaner and took my car to the shop. 4 days later they brought it back to me. They had stripped the paint completely (I saw the pictures while it was happening) and refinished my bumper, even repairing my grate below which keeps hitting the ground on low driveways. IT looked fantastic! A perfect match — not easy on an older porsche. I have also noticed that the clear coat is of a higher quality and I am not getting new chips yet.
I would trust Ron at European Collision with any repair I ever needed!

I am still a happy & satisfied customer of European Collision. I’m in the same quandary as so many people today, I can’t afford a new car, but I couldn’t stand looking at my truck all dented up & scratched any more. I use my truck for work and it was a mess. It was pretty beat up and the idea of getting a new truck was killing me because I knew it would get messed up again. SO my only alternative was to get it fixed & painted. Because I was happy with their work before, I took my truck to European Collision. They came up with a reasonable price for me, did the work and now my truck looks as good as new. I have received so many compliments on my truck’s repair & paint job that I can’t give out enough business cards. I am very happy & pleased with the job that they did!

Horrible experience. Customer service was disrespectful, dishonest, discriminating and extremely rude. My car was getting a simple paint job. 3 weeks into the job I was told that my car was almost ready. Turns out they were just lying and then I was told that the person incharge of my car had been fired. Bill Price was now incharge of my file and was completely unprofessional. Just a real douchebag. My car was in the shop almost 2 months. They said they would provide me a rental for the inconvenience and then they stuck me with the bill. $ 200 out of my pocket. Also dealt with Paul the owner and he accused me of lying and insulted me directly. Bill told me that he did not have to respect any customer if he did not feel like it and went as far as asking me how old I was. At the end it was also discovered by allstate that they were committing fraud on the claim

Took my BMW here to get fixed after it was in an accident.
The staff was really nice, I also asked them to look at a smaller scratch that had nothing to do with the accident, and they fixed it too! do not hesitate to take your car here. Theyre great. they did take about 3 weeks but i had a rental so i was ok

You’re making a mistake if you are taking you vehicle to European Collision Center. If your vehicle has a boo boo then don’t take it here. The staff is nothing but a bunch of unprofessional employees. The owner is just as bad. My Insurance company also called them to authorize the repairs and they did not. They wanted me to send them a copy of my driver’s license along with a statement to work on my vehicle. My insurance company finally had to have the vehicle towed out their shop. My vehicle was at European Collision Center for a long time and still no work was done. I will say that I was questioning their professionalism when I was questioning the estimates and needed repairs. My vehicle is now at a different body shop. I’m very sorry that McKenna Group uses this body shop.

I’ve brought my car in multiple times. I usually request for Bill because he has outstanding customer service and can get the job done! The owner was also extremely reasonable with a couple of my concerns. Receptionist was also nice and professional.
I can’t complain about the finished product… my car continues to look amazing. FIVE STARS!!!

Not an official customer. But I wanted a second opinion about a color matching problem from another LA certified collision shop. The receptionist understood my request over the phone and I got an appointment setup.
The service rep here gave me the same technical explanation about how paint may be thrown off by the substrate. Identical to the explanation I got from my repair guys. But once taking a quick look at my car — he said I should definitely go back and discuss the color issue.
No charge. And very friendly staff. I was going to bring my car to them originally, but that I-​5 traffic is a pain through Norwalk.
Surprised they have so many negative reviews on here — they were getting recommendations from car forums.
