Jessie Cuddy – Boston Bayside Properties

I’ve been searching for an apartment for almost a year, so I’ve dealt with many real estate agents and realtors in the process. Jessie was one of the better realtors that I’ve dealt with. She helped us land our new apartment, which I found on hotpads. The listing was descriptive and informative, with up-​to-​date photos. She knew the property and was prepared to answer any questions during our walk-​through. She was always responsive via phone and e-​mail, very professional, and accommodated our crazy work schedules. There were no surprises, no shady business, and we didn’t have to jump through hoops for things to go smoothly. We worked hard to make sure that we got the apartment, because it was definitely in great demand, but she knew we were serious, and worked with us. She guided us through the application process and built a great rapport between ourselves and the landlords. She even helped to keep the process funny and light-​hearted during some trying situations. Now that the dust has settled, I am so excited to finally hold the keys to a quality apartment. Awesome!
