Randy was on time and explained clearly what needed repair and what is it that he’ll be doing. His price is reasonable. I definitely would call him again if need help with our unit. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about Randy. He was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule to replace out thermostat. He called to tell me when he would be there. Then called to say he was running late. He spent about an hour as he wanted to make sure both heating and ac worked. Randy and Angela are former neighbors and we were very pleased when they started their own business. We have a 2 story home in Livermore that was single zone and upstairs was always a challenge for heat/​cool. Randy did a great job in setting up the system to be dual zone. I asked him if he could install 2 new ecoBee smart thermostats, one for the new upstairs zone and one for the downstairs. He came over, did a great job in no time at all! The price was also very fair. This is a business you can trust, and Randy is someone you be confident will do an honest job at an honest price. Great family run business. Highly recommend if you are living in the East Bay.

I Had a friend who was an elder lady and she needed an a/​c add in Dublin, ca. I got in contact with home front thru one of my old co workers. Randy came out and gave her a quote and had the job finished in no time! Great Work. The system looks nice and it works very well. My husband and I recently moved into a new house and had some issues with our a/​c and reached out to Home Front for some help. Randy was able to come out to look at our issue that week, which was so nice since the weather has been so hot! He was flexible with the time of day that I was available and even let me know the extant time we would be at my house which made planning my day super easy! One afternoon our air conditioner all of a sudden stopped working. With one quick call, Randy was able to come by the same day! He quickly fixed the problem and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend!

I am new to the area and always apprehensive about hiring contractors for work on our house. I was lucky to be referred to Home Front by members in a social media group. Randy came out the following day; he was friendly, hard working, honest and I thought that the price was extremely fair. Subsequently I needed a zone board replaced on our AC and once again Randy responded to our calls for service promptly, had the part needed in record time and performed the work the following day, with a smile on his face (despite the extreme heat in my attic.) I hope to not need their services again (at least not this summer) but if we do, I will not hesitate to call them!

We have used Randy’s services a few times now. He’s always very professional and honest. The last time I called him was this past Sunday. I got home from a week long vacation to find out that my A/​C wasn’t working! On the cusp of a VERY hot week, this was NOT what I wanted to be dealing with.
