All-American BBQ is a Traditional Meat Smoking Business with ALL Regional Sauce Flavors available. Meats are typically served without sauce and the customers choice of sauce provided on the side.
We have a «Proprietary» Dry Rub Seasoning which is used as a base for all meats with special additions for different types (pork-beef-chicken) of meat.
We use Hickory and Fruit-woods for smoking in our «State of the Art» Southern Pride Smoker, capable of smoking 500lbs of meat at a time.
Let us cater your next event. Several Meat and Side combinations available. Up to Three meats and Two sides are our standard menu offerings, but you can add to either or both.

I was in the Manufacturing Industry for 29 years as a
CNC Prototype Machinist/Programmer/Supervisor. I have worked in the Defense Industry and Commercial Tool Industry. I have ALWAYS had a passion for Food. I used to cook sausage and all Grill-able Fare behind my machine on an electric Grill. I have Always been a Cook in Machinist’s Clothing! Spectacular BBQ is one of those Very Elusive Foods in most areas. Franchise BBQ is just that, a mostly generic Look and Taste with ONE regional flavor, always heavy on the Sweet Sauces and Deep Fried Sides and Appetizers. We are NOT a franchise and want to provide Proper Traditional High Quality Low and Slow Smoked BBQ, Sides, Salads and Slaw.
