5 star experience! I had an outside company dinner party. From the time I contacted Dennis through his website, brain storming menu ideas, to the actual event day. 100% professional and authentic. It was such an honor to have a professional chef in my kitchen and it was clean when they left, huh? The food was amazing from the appetizers to dessert, my guests were so happy and no one left hungry. Dennis and Theresa are a gem in the East Bay!

My family recently celebrated an important birthday at our home. I would normally take on the cooking responsibilities myself, but it was my birthday, and I wanted to enjoy the party. I worried that the cooking for over 40 guests would be an exacting and time consuming task — until I had the brilliant idea to hire Dennis and his wife Theresa to do the cooking and serving for us. It was a stroke of genius, if I do say so myself. We talked on the phone ahead of time to coordinate the menu. Dennis was open to my suggestions and contributed his own, based on years of experience and a very professional and practical approach. He and his wife arrived in plenty of time to set up. They moved into our kitchen effortlessly, and by the time guests arrived, everything was ready and beautifully presented. Somehow they seemed to know what to do before it needed doing. The food was excellent, some of it selected from their standard options and other items chosen specifically to capitalize on local and in-​season produce. It worked so well that I will most certainly use Dennis and Theresa again when we have a large gathering. I recommend them most highly.

I recently had shoulder surgery and a wonderful friend of mine hired him to cook my family and I two dinners for the week. What can I say but ‘AMAZING ‘. The first dinner was a vegetarian lasagna with a tasty homemade sauce. You know he’s a master when you get my kids to eat all those veggies and there’s no leftover! The second dinner was filet mignon and needless to say the family quickly devoured that. Everything was packed and wrapped properly and provided easy serving and clean up. He brought the food into the kitchen for me and gave clear instructions on further heating if required. Believe me, I’m not insulted at all when my children asked if they could have Dennis cook everyday for them and not me… LOL. I look forward to having Dennis cook for us again in the future.

Top notch Personal Chef Dennis and his wife Teresa are amazing! The presentation, food and experience is unforgettable. We would highly recommend them for any occasion. Very professional and informative too!

After attending an intimate party catered by Dennis I was WOWed. His food and presentation were amazing!!! Every dish was prepared beyond any 5 star restaurant standard, and being a foodie that I am, every flavor and fusion was divine. You really have to taste and see his food to believe it. I’m looking forward to my next event so I can hire this amazingly talented chef and his team. Thumbs up!!!
