MSO Auto Repair

With all the potholes after this past winter, it was no surprise when one of my rear shock absorbers broke. I took a chance on a Saturday morning and called Mike at MSO Auto Repair to see if he could take a look that morning. Mike graciously told me to head right over so he could take a look. He immediately knew what the issue was, said he’d order the part, and gave me an estimate. He was frank about the cost and his recommendation (which included replacing the other absorbers as well.) He didn’t think he’d get the part until Monday, but he said he’d keep me posted on the progress. A mere two hours later, I got a call back saying the car was ready to go. When I went to pick the car up, Mike showed me the two pieces he’d replaced and let me know exactly what he had done. He also had suggestions about future work that I should plan to have done.
I’m glad I took the chance and called, and even happier he answered the phone! I’ve already scheduled my next appointment to have more routine work done. While it’s a new shop, Mike is clearly well-​versed, and I have no reservations on recommending him or the shop.
