Another 2nd Saturday and again – no show. It is all about setting expectations and then meeting/​exceeding them. Failure here.

Well, it is the 2nd Saturday of the month and they are closed at 1000. Called them and they said: «At a client’s job site.» Then, they called me back and were apologetic. I really want to support these guys in my neighborhood, but they make it difficult.

Needed some kitchen work done. Gave them my card. Asked for a visit as I live 200 meters away. Never heard from them.
So annoying.
