Cheapest place on Tennyson. Great place to grab an Irish whiskey and chill. It is never too busy and all of the transplants go elsewhere — thank god.

Always a fun place, plus props for a great Iridh bar, and really decent menu. Olde time Bar, and great place to have a cold one. A place I have met friends for decades. Parking is sometimes a bear, but worth the effort. Get your gps out and get here.

Little Pub Co. what are you doing?! Hire someone that wants to serve me a $ 6 Harp(which I asked for), not your $ 3 Coors lite special and then rudely tell me «I’m not done speaking!» The bartender ‘Jamie’(if that’s really her name) is a joke. The worse service ever and I did not even have the chance to sit down! WTF?

This place is horrible. The food not only tastes mediocre, but the portions are laughable. Don’t even get me started on the presentation. The waitress was the rudest waitress I have ever experienced. She lacked any form of customer service. I have worked in the F&B industry for 10 years and understand how a restaurant works. I wouldn’t have taken the time to write this review on my opinion of the food, presentation and portion size, but her acrimonious service is the straw that broke the camels back. Avoid this place unless you’re into being treating poorly, then you should go here.

I took some clients here for lunch yesterday… Lots of TVs ‚…waitress was great. Looks like a fun place to spend St. Patrick’s Day. The Reubin was good, Though nothing to write home about. Not sure if I will be back, too many other haunts to sample!

Holy guacamole, just went there and had the worst service from a waitress which I will affectionately refer to as ‘Cunty’. She was rude from the get-go and refused to offer any sense of helpfulness whatsoever. Seriously, if there was a Special Olympics of customer service this girl would win last place. Somehow I tipped her 10% on the bill and I still feel guilty about tipping her at all. The food was OK. Avoid this place like cancer.

A fairly typical Irish bar, open to street on front which is great and dark in the back when that’s what you’re looking for. Tvs for your sports and shuffle board/darts, etc. But THEBESTPART about this bar — they got Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc on tap!!!

Very very yummy fish & chips. The only reason i don’t give them a full 5 star rating is because I was there once when there were bagpipers(not hired by bar, just a few guys hanging out having some beers, and a few of them actually played bagpipes). Well the bar ended up kicking them out when the guys started playing, which I thought was BIZARRE because this is an Irish Pub, right??? there was no game on TV or any special event. weird.

I watched the rugby world cup final here, it was packed! Great atmosphere and they had a special breakfast menu for the early game. They were pretty slammed, but once they took my order, the food and drinks came fast, and the food was delicious. The pub donuts were fresh and freaking fantastic. I had a great time. Will be back for other sporting events!

I like that there is more to do than just sit at a stool. Pool, darts, and a few other games. It’s not going to knock your socks off with food but, it’s fine bar food. The beer list is fine also. I would come back to play a game with friends and have a few drinks. Not really a dinner spot but defiantly a clean bar for drinking.

Patrick Carroll’s is a great pub style eatery and drink emporium. The dark wooden interior gives it a very intimate feel, at least for a pub. There’s a good section of beers on tap, a full bar, and good people serving up the booze. Venture a little further into this long and somewhat narrow pub, and you’ll find a variety of things to do for bar time entertainment. Billiards, video games(Golden Tee?), etc. Great place to grab a cocktail or beer with friends in the heart of the 40th and Tennyson shopping district.

Wow!!! Better know what you want the moment you sit down or you are going to get rude/no service!!! First impressions means A LOT, and ours was shitty. Got up and left and most likely won’t be back.

The food was really good. My husband came for an early dinner and we had potato chips and the fish & chips and everything was really yummy. The service wasn’t that good. The worker behind the bar was very sweet and very busy.

This place used to be a cool bar with an Irish flavor. No longer… If you like really loud rap and and staff who are just hanging out with their«homies» this is your place! If your looking for a Irish pub or bar don’t look there.

I’m going to be honest… I had no idea that this place served food until I got on Unilocal to write a review. I’ve only ever come here while bar hopping on Tennyson, so you can factor that into my rating. Is this the best bar in the world? No. Is this a great bar to come to after you’ve had a few drinks and want a few more? Yes! The beer list isn’t going to blow you away but they have some decent options. They’ve got a room with games in the back. Service is nice and prices aren’t bad. Like most places on Tennyson, the bar has a laid back atmosphere, largely devoid of pretentious douches and judgmental hipsters. I always have a good time here!

Great burgers, sandwiches and house made chips! Really good ranch too! Sometimes the service can be slow at the tables, but the bar is pretty quick. Its a cozy neighborhood Irish pub that has good drink specials

Been here twice now, and the service both times has been excellent! The bartenders are all so friendly, I feel like I’ve been coming here for years. I really enjoy banter, and it’s great when a bartender feels comfortable enough to throw it out to customers — it’s definitely more playful than rude, so I’m sure that’s how they can get away with it. The first time I came here, my friends and I were starving. We had just moved and were on the prowl for food on a late weeknight — not ideal by any means. When we walked in, the bartender let us know that the kitchen was pretty much closed, but since the cook was still preparing someone’s food, we could order as long as we out it in immediately. Cue fish and chips. Definitely a solid representation of fish and chips, and even better since we knew we almost missed out. Also, if you like White Russians, get the Denver Bulldog(I think that’s what it is at least — it’s something Bulldog, just go with it).

I’ve come here a few times and started a couple beautiful friendships so this place has a special meaning to me. This is the first place two of my close gfs and I have met up for drinks and I really enjoyed guiness on tap. This is also pretty close to school so after my classes I would stop here for a drink and a late night bite to eat. I wasn’t a super fan of their fish n chips cuz I thought the fish was over-fried. Kind of dry in places and maybe the cook had a bad night. I will give it a try again though. The cannonballs were delicious and my favorite to this day is their smoked wings! Smoked wings at an Irish bar you say? OMG they were so delicious, really comparable to the Old Man on 120th in taste/price but they have sauce choices too! They are so perfectly smoked with a slight crisp skin… My favorite was their chipotle-barbeque and I don’t even like bbq sauce! I will definitely be back for more… I can’t believe it. I’m going to start a list of my favorite wing-spots in Denver!

Cold Beer. Great pricing and daily specials. bartenders are always super friendly BUT I have to lower my star status to 3 because they went to the piss poor french fries that every restaurant in the USA serves. I use to make a special trip here for a great burger and delicious fries. They complimented each other. Now it’s just a great burger and cold beer. And you know where I can get a burger? a lot closer to my home.

Always have fun here. «Rasta» is a great dude and always takes good care of us. Skee Ball, Shuffle Board and Pool give you plenty of options for entertainment.
