Finishing Glow Auto Detail

The parts of the van they cleaned we’re acceptable. We payed extra for van services, but the entire rear of the van wasn’t touched, except windows. Our toyota floor mats were power washer cleaned and laid in the rear of the van soaking wet. All remaining dirt in the mats pooled at edges when hung to dry after we returned to our home. Not impressed.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE!!! I purchased their ‘Tornado’ detail on Groupon. The guy Chad who I needed to set an appt with is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE first of all! I had to schedule twice just to get in, because there was a breakdown in communication about the scheduled appt time. So, they tried to make it up to me by washing the outside of my car — IT LOOKED TERRIBLE and there was cigarette smoke inside!!! GROSS!!!
That should have been my ‘sign’ to NOT GO BACK, but I did and REGRET IT!!! The car was in the shop for 4 hours and when I got it, the outside wasn’t EVEN washed?! The carpets were cleaned and wet, but the dashboard and vents were DIRTY! I noticed that my trash bag that I had hanging on my break handle was GONE, okay, no biggy, but then I noticed a CHECK $ was missing from my center console!!!
I left 3 MESSAGES WITH CHAD with NO RESPONSE!!! On the 4^th try, he answered the call. He argued about the situation and finally agreed to pay me $ 30 for the check to be canceled, so I said I would be right down.
I drove all the way there, just to have him tell me to call the OWNER — his mommy, I’m sure! She would NOT COMPENSATE me and told me to file a police report!

I took my car (2014 Camry Hybrid) the other day, this car is well loved by a 9 year old girl so you can imagine it wasn’t an easy task. I bought the living social deal and it was WELL worth it. My car still looks brand new. Thanks!

I don’t know why these guys got such bad reviews because I just had them detail my 2005 Subaru Outback so I could sell it and they did an awesome job. I have two young boys and there were crumbs, smashed rasins and all sorts of junk all over the back seat of the car as well as dirt everywhere since I spend a lot of time in the mountains. I couldn’t believe how clean my car was when I picked it up. They didn’t leave anything untouched and made the car shine top to bottom. They even cleaned the freaking engine and it looked like I could eat dinner off it. Chad was very easy to deal with and totally professional. If you bought a groupon or whatever and had a bad experience, I’m sorry, but you get what you pay for. If you think you’re going to find someone to detail your car for $ 25, you’re insane. They work their tails off and deliver. I’ll definitely be bringing my wife’s car to them when it needs a detail and will recommend them to others as well.
Give them a shot. They’re awesome.

The other review on here with the 1 star is totally accurate! I bought the deal off Living Social and scheduled a Fri. appt. like 2 months out. So, I called 2 days before to confirm since no one had called me and Chad (I think the owner) forgot about my appt. To make up for it he said that he would send a mobile detailer to me. There were some snow days, so we kept rescheduling and moving it. But when it stopped snowing he still kept on moving the date and suggested other dates, but never followed thru on them. I called a couple times and got his voicemail & he never returned my calls. This business is very unprofessional. If they didn’t want to honor deals then don’t advertise on them. Horrible. I’ve moved away from Denver now, so Living Social gave me a refund on my voucher.

This is the BEST service I’ve ever had on my car! I loved the convenience, they bent over backwards to make sure I was happy, my car sparkled when they were all done. I’ll never go anywhere else.

STAY CLEAR! I bought a full car detail package from this company, through a familiar deal website. I called ahead, because I’d had bad experiences with past group discount purchases. I spoke to the owner, and he explained that there was no issue with scheduling, and they just needed about 24 hours notice.
After buying the deal, I called the guy back to schedule. I asked for a Saturday appointment, to which he said would not be a problem. The tone changed as soon as I identified where I’d bought the package. He said that he did not make any money on this deal, so he wasn’t willing to do it on the weekend.
The deal site explained all restrictions to the deal. NOWHERE did it say that this was only valid on weekdays, nor did the owner mention that when I called him about the website deal prior to buying it.
BAD BUSINESS!!!
