Let me start off by announcing that I am NOT a current resident of these beautiful apartment homes(based off the pictures), but I do plan on living here. The ONLY reason I give Evans Stations Lofts 3 stars is because, what community that leases to the public is open only from 9am-12noon?! Their Unilocal and website both claim 10am-6pm but it’s not & the 1 leasing consultant they have confirmed that for us during our very quick visit. 1 leasing consultant, 3 hours of open office time per day. I’ve called this place more than 15 times and no one has returned my call or emailed me. Me and my fiancé finally just went up there at 9am one day and was able to catch the leasing consultant in the office. Of course they don’t reserve a model home to show, so we were not able to tour the the indoor community. But how inconvenient is it for a community to be open for 3 hours PERDAY! You pay $ 150 to be on the waiting list. Maybe I’ll post some pics soon! If you reach the office ask them why only 3 hours and comment here. I’d love to know why. This apartment complex was completed August, 2013 and residents began moving in 8÷7÷13. It is owned/affiliated by the Echelon Property Group, which owns 24 properties in the Metro Denver area alone, and more in northern and southern Colorado. The place is super modern, classy but fairly priced as well. Evans Station Lofts is also income based housing. Basically that means that the application process is lengthy and tedious, but the payoff is cheaper rent!
