The Studios At Overland Crossing

Not even sure where to begin because I am completely overwhelmed with how well our wedding turned out. We couldn’t have done it without Kim and her amazing staff at the Studios at Overland Crossing. The building speaks for itself as soon as you walk in. If you are looking for an industrial/​urban city wedding, you aren’t going to find anything better than this in the Denver area. But on top of this, Kim and her team are simply outstanding. Kim always responded to my many emails with questions very promptly and was always willing to meet at the venue with my vendors and I. The day of the wedding she and her staff were there to hang items from the ceiling for us and cleaned EVERYTHING up after the reception so EVERYONE could leave with our guests and not miss any of the after party. The next day, they had everything on one table for us to pack up. It took us under 45 minutes to pack up our vehicles! Words can’t express how easy going, helpful and professional Kim and her staff are. The decorating options are limitless because of the blank slate you have to work with and because Kim and her staff are always willing to help out in any way possible. Our guests kept asking us, «How did you find this place? It’s amazing!!» We definitely hit the jackpot on our venue and would 100% recommend the Studios for your next wedding/​event. I am so glad we picked this little gem for our wedding venue! The property is so nice and very clean. I loved the look of the vaulted ceilings with the exposed brick. Kim and her amazing staff we there from start to finish and I couldn’t recommend this place enough for your wedding or special event. Loved the place, loved the price and loved the staff!

My FAVORITE part of our wedding was this venue!!! It’s truly a HUGE blank palette with industrial details, white brick walls, wood beam ceilings, and the list goes on and on. It allowed us to transform this space into OUR wedding, with our wedding colors and décor. This venue also doesn’t allow more then 1 wedding per WEEKEND (rare find) and even allowed us to come in a few days prior to decorate, test out our slideshow, etc. We rented out 2 of the 3 warehouses so we could have our ceremony/​cocktail hour in one, and our reception in the other (also a rare find). Kimberly and her assistants were incredible to work with. They were kind, patient, detail-​oriented, and VERY supportive. I felt taken care of!!! Another one of our favorite parts was that we didn’t need to tear down our décor at the end of the night — they did that for us and then packaged it all up so we could pick it up the next day!!! One of the biggest compliments of the night was how AWESOME the venue was. It really provoked a party atmosphere and felt incredibly unique. :0)

Our non-​profit chorus held our first annual Halloween Ball at the Studios, which was the absolute perfect venue! Kim was so helpful, even when I contacted her more than once a week to show different people in our organization the space. The owners love giving back and were genuinely pleased to have our organization in their building!
The space is state-​of-​the-​art, with amazing lighting and sound; it’s incredibly clean and organized; and they don’t nickel and dime you for everything you use!
Our event was a huge success thanks to the Studios! I will use this space not only for the Ball again, but personally as well.

We had our March wedding at the studios at overland crossing and the venue was perfect. Beautiful atmosphere and Kim is the best to work with. She is extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. She kept us on track and referred us to many great vendors, including the minister. We received so many compliments on the venue! Thank you, Kim!

This venue is soo beautiful! It is industrial yet classy and warm. I viewed other venues and when I walked into this one, I knew this was exactly where we wanted to hold our event. Kim and her staff are super helpful and friendly and I loved working with them. This place is awesome!

My daughter knew the minute she walked in the door that this was the perfect place for her wedding. We booked the space there and then. Kim is an absolute joy to work with and I don’t believe I ever heard the word no from her. She has great suggestions for utilizing the space to its fullest and goes above and beyond. Being able to have the rehearsal on Thursday night made for a nice stress free day on the day before the wedding. Kim accommodated every request we had!
The Studios has a wonderful urban-​vintage feel and easily accommodated our 195 guests. The corrugated garage doors on the interior make for a wonderful and dramatic entrance and exit for the bride and groom. The lighting is beautiful and made the night magical, and the numerous big screen TV’s were so fun for the Instagram link! The bride and groom even went to the rooftop for sunset photos!

The Studios at Overland Crossing is a 5 our 5 for sure. After looking at countless venues and being very discouraged with price, the look and feel and venue management I stumbled across this God send. My husband and I walked in and met with Kim who was so upbeat, helpful and excited for our big day. The venue was absolutely stunning and working with Kim was such a breeze as she has so much experience and offers such wonderful suggestions (i.e a food truck at our wedding which was a HUGE hit). I would recommend this venue time and time again and my suggestion would be to ask Kim for her thoughts and ideas because she has a ton of experience! Thanks Kim for making our day so amazing!

When my wife and I started looking for wedding venues, we just happened to be able to see The Studios at Overland Crossing first. When we were getting back in the car after the meeting, my wife said «let’s just walk back in and book it! I love it!» I being the methodical type, decided we needed to look at a few more places before we made a decision. None of them matched up.
We couldn’t have picked a better, more perfect place for our wedding reception. Kim is truly SUCH A PLEASURE to work with. Of all of our wedding vendors and contacts, she was the very best — timely, organized, kind, informed, helpful, flexible — the perfect person to be working with on such a special day!
This space is amazing, our guests RAVED about it. It has such a wonderful atmosphere, history, mission. It’s a very unique place to host an event. The place has so much to use… tables, chairs, bars, lights, the list goes on and on.
We made the very best choice and wouldn’t change anything. If you choose The Studios, you will not be disappointed. Kim is the most wonderful person to work with, and the Studios knew what they were doing when they picked her as their venue coordinator!
We will recommend Kim and the Studios to the ends of the earth. We wish we could go back and do it all over again for the simple fact that the venue and Kim made our wedding so special, perfect, and fun!

The Studios At Overland Crossing was the perfect urban/​modern venue for our wedding and reception. The open beams, industrial fan and glazed floor are beautiful all by themselves. Because the space is a sleek blank canvas, we were able to transform it into exactly what we wanted. It didn’t require much in the way of decorations because it is so pretty. We also loved being able to bring the outdoors in by raising the garage doors.
The Studios coordinator Kim is the perfect combination of laid back, helpful, organized and very flexible. Kim was an absolute delight to work with and I hope I get the opportunity to work with her again. I would happily host any type of event there. Every woman wants to feel special on her wedding day and Kim did that by not making us feel like we were part of a cattle herd shuffling us in and out and putting us on a stop watch like so many other wedding venues do.
There are many other perks for having an event there. They have all your tables and chairs, great lighting and spot lighting, staging and they help set it up and break it down.

I DJ’ed a Wedding at the Studios at Overland Crossing recently, the venue was the perfect layout for a Wedding. Kim was a delight to work with.

The Studios at Overland Crossing was the perfect place for our 140 person wedding and reception. We LOVE the space — it has a great feel to it, it is clean, lovely, green, and unique. There was ample parking, Kim was a joy to work with (very flexible, organized, and laid back), and they already had a ton of things that we needed (tables, chairs, string lights, bars, etc.).
It was such a great experience, I really recommend checking them out for your event or party!

This is a gorgeous event space perfect for any type of party. We had the pleasure of working with Kim at Studios at Overland Crossing to plan our wedding reception. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this event space to anyone. We have had tons of people tell us it was one of the best parties they have been to. I had an excellent experience at this venue! The space is beautiful with High ceilings, tall windows with tons of light, giant beautiful wooden pillars, and clean and attractive bathrooms. The Studios at Overland Crossing has a clean, industrial feel to it and as a space it has so much flexibility to it! Floating bars, mounted flatscreens, a sound system, we had so many options! I worked with Kim Hersel who was extremely friendly, professional, and flexible. She went the extra mile for me and I really appreciated that. I highly recommend this space!

We worked very closely with Kim at the Studios at Overland Crossing for several months as we were planning a wedding reception for 150 people. First of all the facility is fabulous. If you are looking for an urban feeling, vintage, industrial space this is the place. They have tons of exposed brick, high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, huge glass brick windows and massive Big Ass fans (no, that’s actually what they are called). To add character and that urban vibe, the light rail and train run directly behind the building. The Father of the Bride’s toast on Saturday night was actually punctuated with a train whistle. We utilized the outdoor space behind the building for lounge seating and everyone loved it! Some of the guests comments were, «This is the most beautiful event I’ve ever been to.»
Kim was very accommodating and VERY hard-​working to make the event go off flawlessly. They make set up and tear down easy for all involved. There are 6 flat screens and a very sophisticated audio system that can accommodate any video or audio needs anyone would have.
I highly recommend this spot for a great party!
