Do What Resonates provides Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, counseling, life coaching, tarot card and energy readings. I specialize in helping people explore what they want and implement changes to reach their goals.

A transition is simply movement through space. We have the ability to choose how we interpret that experience and whether we will allow someone to help guide us. I help people bridge the space between stuck and free; anxiety and peace; resentment and release; control and trust; stagnation and movement.

Established in 2013.

I founded Do What Resonates to share my gift of healing through intuitive services. It is up to you to choose what method of healing resonates. I specialize in tarot card reading, EMDR therapy, intuitive life coaching, and counseling. Through some major shifts in my life, I have felt a calling to focus on assisting clients navigate transitions. I have the flexibility to provide tarot readings either in person or over the phone. I’ve been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado since 1998 and am trained in EMDR Therapy. I received a BA in psychology from Creighton University, and MSW from Michigan State.

I have provided therapy in a variety of settings ranging from inpatient psychiatric hospitals to outpatient clinics. Through some major shifts in my own life, I have felt a calling to focus on assisting clients navigate transitions.

In addition to my training as a therapist, I have embraced my gifts of intuition and found that tarot cards are my medium. The cards allow me put a picture to your energy and reflect back the story you find yourself in the middle of. The beauty of a tarot reading is that the situation is laid out with clues on how to proceed and a glimpse of what is to come. We all have the ability to create our future. Through tarot cards, I interpret the energy in and around you to provide messages, advice and insight so you can make informed decisions and proceed with confidence.
