While we have a fun name, we are very serious about what we do. Three Men and a Duck specializes in moving labor services. We can unload and/​or load your rental truck, POD, UPod, or any storage container, truck, or storage unit. We also do in home moves for renovations and staging for the sale of your home. We have the equipment, tools and experience to help relieve a lot of the stress that comes with moving.

We have well over a thousand of safely completed, claim free moves. Please give us a call to discuss what we can do for you!

History

Established in 2013.

While we aren’t aware of any specific labor laws directly related to ducks, we thought it would be better to leave him at the office to do some accounting and keep the coffee fresh. He was also struggling a bit carrying dressers up flights of stairs!

This family owned company was founded by a Navy veteran who was raised in a military household. Attention to detail and a pride in ones work are values that we bring to the business. Along with that, we genuinely care about our customers! We know that moves can be stressful and you are placing your personal valuables in our hands for safe transit. This is a responsibility that we do not take lightly. We are happy to go the extra mile to satisfy our customers! Many of our movers have been with us since the beginning, all holding the same values we do! We are always actively looking for fellow Veterans to join our team.

Business Owner

Being fortunate enough to travel and live all over the world, Richard loved living in Japan but Germany was his favorite! Richard’s father was strict and would give the military «white glove» inspection after chores. This is where he learned the philosophy «when there is a task, do it right, and then a little bit more». This has turned out to be a pretty valuable trait in the working world! Richard has lived in New Mexico for many years and has now brought his young daughter to Colorado to give her the best life he can. She is deaf and attends the Rocky Mountain Deaf School here in Lakewood. She is absolutely thriving up here and they really love Denver. Love the people, the countryside, and the abundance of opportunity here! It is because of his daughter that we have our company name. Remind him to tell you the story! Richard prefers to lead by example and that’s why you’ll often see him out working with our guys! He is always available to answer any questions you may have!
