After finding a bug in their food, it comes as no surprise to me that their health inspection report is nowhere to be found.

Best New York style pizza in cap hill! Crispy crust, good sauce, perfect amount of cheese. Super fast and reasonably priced. The salads are also really good! The guys are friendly and always blasting rad music. Go here instead of slice works!

A true NY style pizza place, open till 3AM and a close walk to Quixotes. A small place, with standing room only for eating in.

I have been ordering pizzas since the late 80s and let me tell ya, this was the worst delivery experience I have ever witnessed. I’m a very easy going person and expect most places to be a little bit late but these guys still didn’t get the pizza to my door after 2 and half hours of waiting and 5 phone calls. I decided to say screw it and went to sleep very hungry after the long wait. I’m never messing with these guys ever again.

NY slice? No way. Not worth the leftovers. Go to Fat Sullys if you want an authentic slice. Go here if you’re up, hungry, and out of options at 2AM

Fuck yeah Benny’s. The reviews about them being rude to customers really bugs me. These guys are awesome. The patience they must have to deal with a million drunk hipsters is admirable.

What’s up with the night crew? Bunch of lazy fucking nerds. Get a different job if you don’t want to work late. Love the day crew though

Very unacceptable customer service. Ordered online for pickup and 30 minutes later they said they did not bother to check their computer for the order. Blamed me as the customer for ordering online. Very disappointing. I would not recommend placing online order as they seemed to be very confused by this.

We ordered pizza here football Sunday, knowing it was super bowl Sunday we didn’t mind waiting for delivery. When we called Benny blanco the guy on the phone was extremely rude and seemed bothered that we were placing an order. We had asked him if there were any specials and he became incredibly snappy. They told us 45 – 1 hour. When the pizza delivery driver arrived he was also rude. As for who ever the owner is to this place, they should hire more people who are personable and care about how their employee should treat others. The pizza was just average kind of tasteless and doesn’t have enough sauce no crispness to the crust. We will not be returning due to the HORRIBLE nightmare of a service they have here. If I were anyone reading this I’ll try to avoid this place as long as possible. There are a lot more GREAT pizza places around Denver with exceptional and personable services than Ben Blancos

Best Pizza in Denver. Nothing comes close. Love the atmosphere. The new guy that looks like Steve Bushemi is killing it(Benny Bushemi). Always go with the pep/pineapple.

Unprofessional is an understatement. Let’s start with the food, the pizza here is inconsistent and varies based on how busy they are. The first time I came in it was completely dead and the pizza was delicious. Later that night we decided to grab another slice prior to going home. The line was out the door, we waited nearly 30 minutes until we finally got our pizza. You can imagine how disappointed we were when we realized our pizza was barely heated up. It tasted as if we were eating a pizza that was left out all day. *Let me emphasize this next part. The worst part about this place is the workers themselves. A girl propped the door open trying to get inside when she was literally cussed out until she left. I understand that it was in the single digits outside and she was letting all the warm air out. I know they have to deal with drunken people all night however the situation could have been handled much more professionally. To top it off they continued to make fun of her after she left. Disclaimer — I did not know the girl, this review is simply from a third party. It goes to say I would not recommend this place for anyone.

To all you guys complaining about the employees acting like jerks: how would you like it if you were crammed into a small 8×10 room with an oven and 4 other dudes serving pizza to a bunch of drunk entitled white people. Get over yourselves. Have you ever been to New York city? Not the politest of folks there either. If you want fine dining and good service go somewhere else. If you want a late night slice that’s delicious, cheap and served up quickly, check out Benny Blanco’s. Just prepare to get the soup nazi treatment!

I love Benny Blancos! Its a great spot to get a late night slice, or pie. Or if you have the time, grab a slice amd sit in the park nearby for some serious people watching. Delivered, if needed. Great hours. Very good pizza. Reasonable prices. Look for coupons! Just don’t look to sit in the place and eat, it is take out/delivery only.

Wow, what can I say about this place. Best slice o’cheese west of the Mississippi. Classic Denver establishment known to blast heavy metal and serve heaven(or hell) on a slice.

Ordered their sausage and peppers sandwich and it was really quite good. Nice and toasty bun, covered in cheese which helps it to be a lot less messy than other sandwiches of its kind. Good price too, delivered very quickly.

Whoever claims this as «the best New York style in Denver» is sadly mistaken. They obviously are not from New York. I was excited given the reviews but this is some of the most shit pizza I’ve had in Denver yet. The crust is paper thin and like cardboard. I enjoy the hell out of my pizza bones(crust) and I couldn’t even get theirs down if I had a tall glass of water, it’s that dry. Out of two slices I got one bite with sauce(?) and it didn’t even have a flavor. Mehhhhhh. So disappointed. Benny’s = flavorless cardboard Slice of the Bronx hHaHa definitely not.

Open until 3am & guaranteed pizza flavor. I grab slices here more often then I brush my teeth… and I brush at least twice a day. Plus, they have copies of Birdy.

I don’t care if this is great tasting pizza — after multiple(literally 4 times in a row) of waiting TWO, YESTWOWHOLEHOURS we have given up on you, Benny, and that is after TWOYEARS of ordering from you, despite your constant screwing up. The pizza always gets here lukewarm(yes, we usually microwave it) and to top it off — they even got the toppings wrong on our last pizza. We ordered garlic and basil and ended up with garlic and artichoke. How is that even remotely close? I called to let the guy know right away and you know what his response was?(Guess what, I’ll tell ya) He told us he would get us the right pizza, but that it would be another two hours. ANOTHERTWOHOURS. I have worked and multiple restaurants and let me tell you when you screw up an order you don’t put a customer back at the end of the line for a remake. He was really rude about it to. WELLGUESSWHATBENNY… THERE’S A NEWGAMEINTOWN! Yup — in case there are other people out there SICK of having this same experience, do yourself a favor and check out The Garlic Knot. They just opened a couple of weeks ago and are already killing it. They are a Colorado native chain that has it together enough to have 10+ locations. Hey Benny — take a hint and if you can’t handle the volume do something about it or you will continue to loose customers.

I’m gonna walk out on a limb to give this place five stars. Yes. it is actually about as close to it being a real NY slice(outside of NYC) that I have had so far. So I came here with a very drunk friend, but I wasn’t even drunk at all. I hadn’t had a single thing to drink, actually. To order an entire pie will take around 30 minutes. To get a slice, they will throw it in the volcano they have and it will be ready real quick. The cool thing is that their ready made slices are there and you can add basically whatever toppings to it so you can get it by the slice without having to special order. I thought the crust was perfect, the sauce was delicious, and it wasn’t oily or greasy to the point you feel like you drank it. Super small(literal) hole in the wall, and when I come back to Denver I will 100% come here at least once for a slice. Remember me? Benny Blanco from da Bronx!

I’m from NYC and can say that for a non– NY/NJ slice, it’s freaking good!!! Extra points for staying open late and having the legit sprinkle on style toppings. Oh, and for the death metal. We each had a slice of pepperoni and it was piping hot, smothered in salty cheese and the crust was perfectly crisp. It was huge for $ 3. I may have to eat a slice a day while here — it’s that good!

Some of the worst most expensive pizza I have ever eaten. It was dry, the crust was like a flatbread. The sauce was almost non existent and super salty. The cheese was light, but in ratio to the crappy amount of sauce. We ordered two large pizza for delivery and it was like 40 $ for a pepperoni and a bacon pineapple. Did we eat the same pizza as all these positive reviews. This pizza was in my top 5 for worst pizza’s ever. Another two were sins of soggy bread and too much cheese. One was to be expected it was in Russell Kansas, cheese is a vegetable there.
