Preston G is a professional sales manager and has been in the fence and gate repair or replacement industry in Denver, Colorado for over 18 years. He began his role as sales manager in Fall 2014 and the company has flourished ever since.

We install or repair any type or any style of fence or gate. No job is too small or too large. We come to you and offer a free estimate prior to any installation. We specialize in wood, metal and vinyl fence and gates. Fence repair or gate repair is no problem. A1 Fence is a mobile welder and will come to you. We have just spent several days with Preston, Cory and others from A1 Fence and we can’t say enough about his professionalism, craftsmanship and integrity. Preston’s work was impeccable and completed in a most timely and professional manner. After dealing, unsuccessfully with the company that built our fence, they chose not to respond back and Preston and his people were on-​the-​spot and thorough. We can’t say enough positive things and five stars are not enough to express our complete satisfaction with the outcome. If you choose the original company that chose NOT to call us back, it’s not a hassle for us…

We had a 3 rail iron fence put in by A1 Fence and we couldn’t be happier! Preston was so great to work with — he handled all of the communications with the HOA so that they could approve the project before we started, he dealt with the city to pull the necessary permits/​approvals, got in touch with the neighbor, and was generally very responsive when I had questions via phone, email, text or in person. He took all the hassle out of the project for us and for it done on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Preston!
I’m a big Unilocal user and I’ll admit, I was hesitant using a company without a large number of reviews, but don’t let it stop you. We are very pleased and would absolutely recommend A1 Fence to others. We already have :)

Can’t say enough good things about this business! I called them one day and they were out the next afternoon. They replaced the fence post, repaired the gate, and even put in a terrific drop bar, all for less than half the price quoted to me by other fence companies in the area. They are personable, helpful, and efficient. I highly recommend A1 Fence and Gate Repair!

A1 did a large fence job for us. They were professional at first, timely on site, communicated… Until they got paid. As soon as they received their check they would not go fix their work. Very unprofessional. They will not return a phone call or email. We have tried contacting them multiple times. We were good to our word and paid them in full… Now they refuse to even call back. STAY AWAY!!!

I had A-​1 Fence and Gate Repair fix a blown down section of fence at my home. They did quality work, were initially professional, and had decent communication.
However, they never showed up to finish some minor tasks associated with the work and take down the support brackets once the concrete had finished curing. I would have given them a 5, if not for their poor follow up and lack of finishing integrity.
My mistake was paying them before full completion. Once they had the money, we played phone tag and they keep no-​showing and ignoring phone calls.
Lesson learned. I accept the mistake of paying them the day after work was 90% completed. I’m a 100% kind of person.
Great quality work, terrible finishers. I’ll never understand companies that are top notch but fall on their face before the finish line.
This is just my experience with them and as long as you don’t pay a dime until a week after everything is cured, settled and fine-​tuned/​adjusted you should be good.
