Here To There Movers

Received a Groupon for their services as a gift. Scheduled an appointment 4 weeks out, and scheduled for the afternoon window of noon to 5. Kind of a large window but my day was flexible.
Day before the move I received the confirmation call and they confirmed the noon to 5 window was still valid.
Day of the move I called around 1:30 to ask if it was possible to get an idea when they would be coming to my apartment. This was simply so I didn’t wander too far while running errands — I fully understood they were still within their window. The person I talked to took my name and number down and said they would call back in 15 minutes. 2 hours later I call the office back and speak to someone different who says they will follow up with the local crew again — no call back from that person either.
I call the office AGAIN at 5:30 (outside their window and no communication from anyone at the main office) and speak to a different person who said they need to check with the local crew to check their status. By this point, I’m fuming because I can’t get a straight answer out of ANYONE I have talked to.
I called again at 7 to find no one is at the main office anymore. The automated answering machine had an option to connect to an after hours number for emergencies. I chose this option to speak to someone, and every time I called the after hours contacts phone sent me directly to voicemail. After repeated attempts I finally reached someone who was in Indianapolis and he informed me that they had a lot of employees quit in the past week — I understand that happens, but why wasn’t this information relayed by one of the three people I talked to earlier?! The man in Indianapolis said he would try to make sure I was one of the first runs the next day, and would give me an update first thing the next morning.
Around 9:30 the next morning I received a call from the movers to let me know they would arrive in 15 minutes. The two men who moved my stuff were very nice and super efficient — they were done in a little more than 2 hours. The two men who helped me move are THE ONLY reason I am giving any stars on this review.

Scheduled an appointment for Here to There to come out to give an estimate.
After waiting half an hour, we called company.

Seriously? And the phone’s broke too?
