Verizon Wireless

This store is NOT closed! At least not as of 3÷28÷15. Today, my friend and I, both, shall we say, older ladies with little tech experience, received EXCELLENT service from Simon Kang at this Verizon store. He was patient with our many questions, and was able to sign us up for appropriate new phones and Verizon service plans, transferred from AT&T. He was able to transfer our data from our old phones to our new ones, and kept us reassured that our precious photos wouldn’t be lost. Even though there were many complications, such as unknown passwords, etc., he remained patient and helpful, and solved all challenges expertly. He provided me with his card and invited me to call him if I had further questions or problems. I was very impressed. Highly recommend this store!
