All About Towing

My transmission completely failed in Davis as I was driving to Woodland. I looked up local towing companies and found favorable reviews for All About Towing. Mark from AAT was great, told me he would arrive within a half hour and sure enough he did. A real professional, towed me to woodland and coordinated drop off with the auto shop. The fee was in line with other firms.

We have had the misfortune of having to work with this business. Their business practices are unscrupulous and illegal resulting in lawsuits being launched against them. They are a liability to parties that contract with them. Heed caution if considering doing business with this location, the manager is untrustworthy and will scam you any chance he can.

This morning I had the best tow experience anyone could have. When you have to get a tow you’re anxious already about cost and the stress of what could be wrong with your vehicle, but Mark from all about towing put me totally at ease. With a warm greeting and excellent service. He even introduced me to the people at the shop I was taking my car to. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. If I ever need a tow again I’ll be calling this company.

I was pretty scared when my car wouldn’t start and I didn’t know which towing service to pick. I was happy I picked All About Towing. It was very fast and simple. John was super nice and friendly. It was a nice experience. Thank you so much. I will definitely go to All About Towing again if needed. :)

The tow guy arrived within 30 minutes or less, towed my car back to my place and that’s it. Overall, my experience was good, the guy who picked me up in the middle of nowhere was nice, professional, and friendly. I would definitely use this place again for any towing needs that I might have in the future.

These guys are great. They’ve helped me out twice — once to tow my broken down car to the mechanic, and again yesterday morning (really early morning) when I discovered I had a very flat tire as I tried to leave for work. I think I woke Mark up when I called, but he was still fast and friendly.

Mark arrived 10 minutes before insurance estimated they’d be there. Fast, super friendly, even watched out for traffic as I was getting in/​out of the car. Having to get towed sucks. But this was certainly the best towing experience I’ve had.

Fast service, helpful and considerate phone, safe handling of vehicle, and care of human beings trapped in an uncomfortable broken down car… Would use again in a heartbeat… What more can I say?!

Needing to have one’s car towed can be a very frustrating and stressful situation. I called my insurance company to use my policy’s towing service for my dead battery Prius and they selected All About Towing. My lucky day. The tow company actually called with the 30 minute notice that they were enroute so I could leave work and meet them at my car. The driver, Mark, was very helpful and professional and taught me a couple things about my electric car that I didn’t know. I hope I don’t need much future towing service but if ever do, it will be All About Towing!

After another company had told us they couldn’t move our non-​operational truck due to it’s precarious location (under some power lines), we called All About Towing and spoke with Mark.
We explained the situation over the phone and he met us there within half an hour. We couldn’t have been happier — Mark was extremely skilled at getting our truck out of a tight spot and was friendly and professional throughout the experience.
Would definitely recommend and use them again!

WORST TOWING SERVICE THERE IS. These ass holes towed my car for no reason and now have had me waiting at their gate for two hours to release my vehicle… And they’re charging me $ 400, what kind of people do that?

Marks works arrives very quickly, and works very quickly! He is very friendly, and I would use him again. Got my car towed to a local auto repair shop faster than I ever experienced before.

My insurance company sent them over after my car wouldn’t start. They gave me an approximate wait time, and when the driver was delayed they called me letting me know. The driver also called me when he was on his way. Mark was the driver, he was very professional and towed my car very quickly. My car had to be parked in a tight spot and he was able to park it with his tow truck, best parking I have ever seen. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Mark the driver is amazing! Blew my tire, called them over and they were there within 15 minutes. Thought they could change the tire but something happened with my lug nuts so instead they towed me to a tire shop. They are awesome! Friendly, quick, well priced and they have a nice clean car!
Would highly recommend!

My mini van died today on my way to work, over on Russell, the overpass over the 113. It was scary because there isn’t really a shoulder there, and the car was smoking inside. I called All About Towing, and after a little wait talked to Mark who asked where I was, said the fee for weekends is $ 95, and then headed over. He was there in less than thirty minutes, which was impressive I thought for a Sunday morning.
Mark was very kind and considerate, even reminding my frazzled self that I’d left food on my seat and should probably grab it before he lifted the van up. He was courteous and opened the door for me, and chatted which helped ease my nerves. I’m new to Davis and he helped me find a reliable mechanic and talked me through the drop off weekend system.
I wish I could give ten stars, because after all the kindness and courtesy, Mark really went above and beyond and drove me all the way across town to my work. He talked with me the whole way, which helped settle my nerves after the stressful morning/​year I’ve been having. All in all, the experience was far and above what I could have hoped for and I highly, highly recommend this company.

Mark is the best! He got to my car in about 10 minutes after I called which really saved me some nerves while I was freaking out on the parking lot wondering what is that smoke coming off my car! I really appreciate that he wasn’t only professional, but also super friendly, which is very important in such stressful situation. On the way to the repair shop, Mark gave me a lot of good advises about local car services and how to take care of my car, which I thought is really nice since I just moved here and don’t know anyone. After a bad experience with another towing company the day before, I called my roadside assistance and requested a different company to come out today
They sent all about towing out, mark was the driver and he was amazing.
He was on time, he was funny and held on a conversation with me.
I would definitely request them again
