Cindy Foreman at Keller Williams in Danville is absolutely amazing. I was lucky enough to meet her at an Open House and immediately knew she was the realtor for us. She helped my family find the house of our dreams. She was patient and never pushy. She was incredibly professional and had wonderful advice as we learned the ropes of short sales, foreclosures, and homes with multiple offers. Her knowledge of Danville and our price point was a great value. She quickly got a feeling for what we were looking for and kept us informed of any property that she thought would interest us. She always had time for us and took us out to look at homes on a regular basis.
When we found our home, her knowledge of the market and her vast experience helped us when we had to make an immediate offer as multiple bids were being taken on one night only.
CIndy worked with us and kept in constant contact during the long short-​sale process. She always let us know what was going on. Even when nothing was happening, she’d check in just to let us know she was on top of things — and she ALWAYS was. She put together immediate responses to banks, the other realtor, the loan officers and everything she did was timely and correct.
The really amazing thing about Cindy is that she has a perfect balance between being a caring person, wanting to help a family find just the right home, and making sure her client is getting a fair deal.
I cannot recommend Cindy enough!

Craig and Tracey (The Harper Team) are the best! We were first-​time home buyers and admittedly not the easiest to deal with. But Craig and Tracey couldn’t have been more patient with us (we waited 8 months for a short sale approval which we ultimately cancelled) and they only showed us properties that were within our budget. Craig and Tracey gave us as much attention on a $ 300−400K deal as would other realtors on a $ 2 million deal. We never felt like they would rather have been elsewhere or had other more lucrative deals to work on.
Their guidance and expertise in this area helped us to find a perfect place for our family. They even helped us find a great mortgage broker (Tim Soldati) who was able to work with our financial needs and lock down a mortgage at a great rate.
Craig was a strong advocate when it came down to negotiating, but also gave objective advice when it came to making a decision, which he ultimately left to us… no pressure. Craig is truly a gentleman and Tracey is super sweet. Will definitely be going back to them on our next deal.

The experience of working with you was EXCELLENT! We have worked with other realtors in the past and have definitely regretted meeting them. There have been realtors who tried to tell us what we should buy, others that called everyday wanting to show us every home on the market outside of our price range, then others who showed us 2 homes that didn’t fit our situation and stopped working with us. You on the other hand, really took the time to get to know us, listen to what we wanted, walked us through the stressful situations of buying and selling, advised us on how to handle the stressful situations, explained the process thoroughly, and kept us in our affordable price range.
We are now in a home that we absolutely LOVE and was able to say good-​bye to a home we have grown out of.
