I liked this place more back when they had the old owners. I noticed that the amount of the food has decreased a little. Last time I was in there, I was waited on my a short fellow, a bit on the husky side with glasses. He really lacked a personality and seemed very monotonous. Another thing that upset me was I get vinegar with my salads, no oil, no dressing, just cheap vinegar. I was charged extra because I wanted 2 sides of vinegar. It’s not the price that bothered me, it’s the whole concept of something being so cheesy. Anyways the food quality is pretty good and the girls that work there are always friendly, that’s the reason why I gave it 3 stars.

This place is really good. Great food. Some people need patience, complaining about service, it gets busy, get over it. Some of these reviews are just way off. The staff and owners are very friendly. Maybe if you rude people came in smiling once and a while, you may get a smile back… Miserable ingrates, go back to McDonalds.

This place is always wicked busy. Luckily, they staff appropriately, and there are usually 10 or so people working the kitchen and counter. The food comes out fast and hot. The pizza is as good. Best Greek style pizza I’ve had around here. Calzones are good too, though the chicken parm calzone doesn’t have sauce in it, and I feel like it should. That pretty much covers what I’ve had here. We treat it as a pizza place. Can’t speak to the roast beef either way.

HUGE portions of food, but roast beef was swimming in sauce. Quality is what you would expect from a roast beef spot, but none the less a good addition to the community.

Most of my coworkers like to order lunch from Londi’s…and I just don’t get it. I know that the prices are pretty good and you get a lot food, but the quality is bad so who cares. To start, the fries are terrible. I am a french fry addict, but theirs are disgusting. You can’t even switch them out for onion rings, because they suck too. I’ve had a couple of calzones that were ok, and one that was so gross. The BLT is decent(but how hard is that really). I have a real problem that they refuse to add an extra piece of bread to the club sandwiches. I’ve offered to pay more, and they still say no. They stack the sandwich so high that it is impossible to bite, so I’d like to be able to break it down and eat it cleaner… but nope. I don’t know where their roast beef is famous, maybe with people who have lost their taste buds? It’s bland and boring. They don’t skimp on the portions, but they do skimp on the taste.

I ordered a steak tip salad by phone to be picked up after checking out the menu and prices on line. Steak Tip salad — $ 8.00. I got there to pick up and the price was much different than what I saw on line(higher). I pointed this out to the person ringing me up and was told they increased their proces and«must have forgot to change the on line menu prices». He then took a menu off the counter and lo and behold — it WASSTILL $ 8.00. Then another guy came over to the register and asked what the problem was. I told him and he stood there and argued with me the price was the higher price, blah blah blah. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone… food was only mediocre anyway — service was horrible and the management just plain RUDE and IGNORANT. Not cool for a greek, food business who better be paying the MA sales tax on the extra money they are bilking customers out of.

I can’t understand why this place is so busy. The food was terrible. I don’t think it was an off night as they had all hands on deck. I had the buffalo wings. After they fried a breaded wing they toss it in the sauce and then immediatly wrap it in foil. The result is mush. The roast beef sandwiches that two of us had were«okay» but okay doesn’t cut it for roast beef in this area. The chicken fingers were overcooked. They did give us eniuh fries for an army. Unfortunately the fries came out of dirty oil and tasted like fish. That is pretty awful comsidering that they don’t serve seafood.

Huge portions of good food! We have been there numerous times and always had a good experience. Staff is very nice, food is very good and served in huge portions, place is spotless! The super beef is two meals by itself.

Me and my husband have tried every pizza place on the North Shore and Londi’s was the best. Its the first choice when getting take out now. The portions are huge and satisfying. Lots to choose from on the menu too. Very clean place to et and the employees are very polite. I usually get the tuna salad and theres enough for me to have 3 meals. Wonderful food, great prices, awesome staff members. Five stars for you Londis!

Honestly, when I first started going to Londi’s I would have given it a 3 or even a 4. But as their customer base grew, the staff became overworked and rude, and the food quality suffered tremendously. The steak and cheese was one of the few items that was horrible from the start; it was wet with grease, soaking through the sub roll. The last time I ordered from them was my last — I had a Roast Beef dinner, and the Roast Beef had a freezer burn taste and was so raw. I love my beef rare, so I’m not talking rare here, we’re talking still flesh. I called and complained about the dinner, saying it was inedible it was so raw. The lady I was speaking to then told me I was wrong, she wrapped it up herself and it wasn’t even rare. Nothing like making a customer feeling stupid. Although I really didn’t, because I had a raw mess on my plate. At that point I had been ordering from there frequently, so they did send me a buffalo chicken sub to replace the roast beef. But when that wasn’t good either, I never went to them once ever again.

I’m sorry to see that others didn’t care for this restaurant, because I just went there for the first time and loved the food and service. I called in an order ahead of time for take out — very friendly on phone(and I didn’t have a menu so they were especially patient with me). Food was ready fast, and the employee was very friendly as I paid and picked up. Portions were ENORMOUS. The super beef sandwich is easily 2 meals; I had a steak tip salad — tips were extremely tender, fresh crisp greens, and lots of kalamata olives; again, it’s 2 meals’ worth. Tasty/delicate onion rings, crisp shoestring fries. The value is outstanding. I’m so glad someone recommended this local eatery to me.

Londis food is soooo good I have yet to find something I don’t like… I live within 2 mins of another place like this but I would rather take the 10 – 15 mins to go to londis and get something that I actually want to eat. Their portions afred big enough to share if u want and the cost is really reasonable I reccomend them all the time…

Londi’s just opened up about a month or so on Water Street in Danvers and I’ve been there numerous times for lunch. Friendly and quick service. Food is your typical roast beef/pizza joint food but delicious(even their baklava)!! Reasonable prices too.
