History

Established in 2001.

Manny’s passion for art and photography started very early in his Childhood. In the era of films and darkroom, Manny at age 14 has his first wedding photography shoot for his uncle’s wedding. It started as a child’s play but turned out so great that it has grown to be a lifelong endeavor. Manny has covered over 700 beautiful weddings in the SF bay area since 2001 and may have been your cousin’s or friend’s wedding photographer! Manny is a do-​it-​all media artist, speaks fluent English, Tagalog and Chinese. He is well versed with East & West culture and Christian traditions. In 2001 He established Smart Image Photography in San Francisco while working with Phil. News and ABS-​CBNI Television. As a passionate artist, Manny personalized all his creative works from photoshoot, editing to printing, and video production. Making sure quality and performance are key to his customer’s satisfaction.

I highly recommend Smart Image USA! Manny has done 3 parties for us so far and he did my niece’s 18th birthday as well. The video he did for my daughter’s baptism and first birthday party was so professional and thorough. I enjoyed watching both videos because he captured every moment I asked for and more! As for the photography during the baptism and birthday party, he allowed sufficient time for us to take pictures with guests at each table, something I would have surely forgotten during the party. I really appreciate him taking the time to capture moments during the party that I would not have even thought about taking myself and these are photos that I cherish till this day! He really puts a lot of thought into what he is capturing. But what I appreciate the most is that Manny is very friendly and is easy to communicate with especially when informing him as to exactly what you want! Not only were they able to do my sister’s wedding photos, but they also made a video package for me that was affordable. They were easy to work with and the photos and videos turned out great.
