Patrick was on time and did a nice clean job, no mess. He is a nice guy. Patrick made the process effortless and his work was excellent. He is pleasant to have around and I hardly knew that he was there during and after the job was finished. I would hire him again… and will recommend him to everyone. His estimate was a bit short, he only bought enough supplies but as it turned out he needed more insulation. I thought he was going to charge me extra but NO Patrick did not even charge me and finished the job the same day as promised.

I would not recommend Hilltop Construction for any project you are considering. After they did their work I ended up with $ 15,000 in damages. I would have given them a half of star if I could have. Patrick is not the owner of Hilltop his wife is, so he doesn’t get sued.

My only major disappointment is that he quoted a fee in August and after completing the job in December presented me with an Invoice that was about 25% more. I did not catch it at the time but when I questioned later, Patrick claims that I requested more expensive recessed can covers. I did not do so and I have no reason to do so since I am converting to LED lights. These recessed can covers are required by code for insulation contact. (He says most customers ignore using such covers and Patrick did not offer them until I asked. He would have just avoided the areas of lights and thereby do a less than ideal job had I not asked.) A minor workmanship problem is uneven thickness of the blown-​in insulation, no depth markers were used as is recommended by manufacturers of the insulation.
The Invoice he presented names an insulation brand other than what was used.
Just be sure that he sticks to the quote and you will be fine.

Patrick was great! He was clean, efficient and explained what was happening and also provided estimates during the job as to when he would be finished. I was pleased! I plan to use him again for other home construction needs.

We had Patrick Moloney insulate our attic with spray in cellulose as well as our garage and basement ceilings with Eco-​batt fiber glass. He was over to our place quickly for a quote, showed up on time as scheduled, did a great job, and cleaned up well afterwards. No hesitation in recommending him.

I sent Patrick a note late on thursday, setup an appointment on friday to get a quote on saturday, had Patrick in monday to start and the work was done on tuesday. Getting the insulation installed was effortless and I wish more contractors were as easy to work with as Patrick is.
Patrick was very friendly and on time for all 3 of our meetings and did a great job on the insulation installation.
Patrick answered all of my questions and shared with me all of the details I needed to chose where to insulate and what material to insulate with. I also had a quote that came in a bit lower then his and he was able to split the difference even though he was insulating more sq. footage and putting more effort into the patching after the insulation was done in the walls.
I’d recommend him in a heart beat to anyway, you can’t go wrong having Patrick take care of your insulation needs.
