they won’t call you back especially if you have a problem with something they have to fix

Great very friendly & helpful eye doctor! My family’s been seeing him for years. I think his office moved though. I think somewhere in westlake!

Dr. Brosnan is a quack doctor. He stole all their money and took all their furniture. Now all staff is left without a job. Quack job he is.

It is a pleasure to visit with Dr. Brosnan. I have been wearing glasses since the age of 6, which would make me a loyal patient of his office for over 19 years dating back to the Dr. Meyer days. You can tell how much Dr. Brosnan loves his job, he is so patient and kind. He is always willing to educate you about what you don’t understand, he listens when you are confused or have some crazy question (trust me i’ve had some pretty crazy ideas about what could happen to my eyes) and he is alwasys understanding. As far as the ladies in his office go, I can tell you one thing– Dr. Brosnan does his best to run that business like one big family and if those of you out there who have an issue with his staff should be so kind to tell him, I am sure he would do everything he could to rectify you concerns. As long as Dr. Brosnan is practicing I will be his patient no matter how far I have to go to visit him, and if you are looking for a level of superior bedside manner that I think has long been forgotten in the medical field, you will find it with Dr. Brosnan, he is a true class act.

I really like Dr. Brosnan. He is the best eye doctor I have ever had. He is very helpful. You can tell he truly wants to help you and does what he can to save you money. I have never had a problem with his staff, they are always friendly and get things done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him.

This is not a knock on Dr. Brosnan, He’s great, hence the 2 stars, but his staff is unruly and disorganized. The situation there is ridiculous!
I went here a couple of years ago bc a friend worked here and I recently took my boyfriend here bc we didn’t know where else to go and in hopes things were better. But they weren’t.
The sales staff is extremely pushy, and we went there over a month ago and my boyfriend still hasn’t gotten his contacts. Their hours are inconvenient for 1. a place that is in a mall 2. the average working person who works a 9 – 5. They only want him to come in Tues, Weds, Thurs bt 10 – 5. What the hell is that?!
We just want our contacts and we’re never coming back. If you can recommend a good optometrist, I’d greatly appreciate it.
