Originally opening in May of 1990, Trees has been host to some of the biggest names in music including Radiohead, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Deftones, Dave Mathews Band, Tool, Erykah Badu to name just a few. With a recent renovation and an award winning sound system, Trees is the place to see your favorite bands!

History

Established in 1990.

Trees is a live music venue opened in 1990 in the Deep Ellum district of downtown Dallas, Texas. In addition to hosting international touring musical ensembles such as Nirvana,[3] The Flaming Lips, Sevendust, Flyleaf, Scar the Martyr and Device, the venue has received numerous accolades from Dallas Observer.

After opening in May 1990, the club closed in May 2005. It was reopened on August 14, 2009 by Clint Barlow, former drummer for Vanilla Ice and spouse Whitney Barlow.
