Love Taco Bell. Be ready to wait a long time. Everyone is absolutely right about homeless walking up out of no where. Drunk and or high and getting to close talking about just (getting out of the hospital)… If you’ve lived in Dallas for long that is everyone’s pitch. Employees wouldn’t be able to see as far to the speaker. Doubt they would try and make them leave. It is an annoyance. Food has never been wrong or tasted bad. Which is such a relief for the long wait. I’ve always had to wait terrible lengths of time and duck the homeless every time. Which is a bummer it is the closest Taco Bell for me. So what can you do.

The attendant for the evening shift (drive thru) was extremely rude when she got our order wrong. After we gave her the second item that was also incorrect we heard a second person get angry and yelled out «are you serious?!» about us giving the food back. At that point we told them not to even worry about the food even though we had already paid for it because we were obviously being treated poorly. Management did absolutely nothing about it, never even apologized or offered to give us a refund for the food we didn’t even get. The WORST service I’ve ever experienced! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Went to one of the branches in GA… Asked for cheesy potato burrito and got beef with it .
All i ask them is to mention somewhere that beef is a default one in the burrito. I wasnt aware of that and ended up in a bad day.

In side closed before closing time and I was unable to use the restroom. And the drive thru took 29 minutes. And once we got it he window we had to wait for their conversation to be done.

Whoever took my order October 27 at 830 pm was one of the nicest people I’ve met in a long time! She was polite, sweet and asked me multiple times whether things were correct to make sure my order was right. But all of this in a chatty warm tone that’s rare for the drive through. She genuinely seemed happy to be working. I was really impressed! I dont know if any employee sees these but if so please compliment her for me.

I’m really not sure why it takes 30 – 45 minutes to get food every time I come here. Which actually isn’t very often… I would probably come here more if I wasn’t going to have to spend all night waiting for my food… I guess the good thing is that it is fresh when I get it! I seriously think they start cooking the food once you pay for it at the window which isn’t exactly how fast food should work. It would be nice to get some kind of explanation when u have waited 45 minutes for your food in the drive thru. But they just give you the food and don’t say sorry for the wait.

I came here a little before 4AM to grab a quick bite to eat. There are obviously at least two employees inside. How do I know this? Why are there two vehicles out front? They say they close at 5AM.
But whoever is in there wanted to close super early and put cones at the drive thru so they won’t be bothered. So dumb.

Great for late night after the bar. That’s the only positive. If you go there any other time use the drive thru. Even that can be bad though. If you go late at night, you will have people walking up to your car asking for money or trying to wash your windows. Once you’re in the drive thru it’s not like you can drive away if something happens

I won’t get into the food… It’s Taco Bell, it’s not worth talking about… The service is slow and the surroundings sketchy… I know people that have had their cell phones stolen and others that have been mugged here… A couple of years ago a guy was shot up in the parking lot during a drug deal… Just avoid it if you can…

Worst taco bell in Dallas. If you go thru the drive thru expect to be there between 30 And 45 mins. And the majority of the time your order is wrong. I went last Saturday, ordered a steak quesadilla and a sweet tea. I got 4 soft tacos and a dr pepper.

I read a few of the really old reviews and can honestly say this Taco Bell was really good. I have been here twice in the past 2 months and each time they are extremely courteous and very service-​oriented. The person taking the order spoke slow enough and enunciated well so I could understand him.
As someone wrote earlier, the area is a bit bad after dark but during the day, there are a lot of businesses around and a lot of expensive apartment complexes. I think the potential is there for persons approaching a car in the drive thru but I believe management would take care of it.
I think this one did very well. I have had had many issues at the one near my home.

You Can Never Go Wrong With Taco Bell. Just hate every time I come here, homeless people will try to approach your car at the drive thru. Just be careful ladies… they come out of no where.

It’s fast food, so if you’re looking for quality, your out of luck. But if you’re looking for a quick and easy meal while you’re on the go, you can’t do much worse (I’m sure you could but you’d really have to be trying).
Great thing is, this place closes REALLY late (4 or 5am) so its perfect when you’re coming home from the bar/​club and need a little late night snack. Also has Pizza Hut products as well, so you can do tacos or pizza for little money.

I don’t usually review Taco Bell, because everyone knows what to expect and there is nothing unique about it.
However, I felt one of the other reviews gave the wrong idea about this place. It is clean, fast, and the service is always great. For a taco bell, it is 4 star. If you wanted something different you wouldn’t have gone here.

This Taco Bell really is a good one. Their drive through is really fast (as the other reviewer mentioned). Surprisingly, I don’t remember a time they’ve ever messed up my order. Wow!
Let’s not try to church it up — Taco Bell is cheap and fast. The quality of food is crappy and you feel crappy after you eat it. But you feel really good while you’re eating it — and that’s what matters, right?
