It’s by far one of the best pandas I’ve been at its real good food and staff. There is so many people coming in the food is always fresh. Must come in

I love Panda Express. But the service was unsatisfactory at this location. There was an employee that seemed unhappy to be at work. When I changed my mined from here, to go, she dumped the noodles back into the pot instead of just dropping it into the to go box. Her attitude was very passive aggressive. If you don’t like fast food customer service then find another career.

Seems every time I go in the entrees/sides are almost out or completely out. I have to wait for the next batch or get the old stale last pieces which is very annoying. The girl working the counter forgot my sweet sour sauce and dumped my sides in the bag. I don’t think I will ever go back.

Ate there yesterday, and promise I will NEVER eat there again. The food was disgusting — I have never eaten worse in my life. The Spring rolls looked like Spring rolls but sure didn’t taste like Spring rolls — had gooey rice inside. Even the tea was nasty tasting. Most of my almost $ 11 meal went in the trash. Can’t believe I wasted my money on this.

Food was great customer service was awesome but there was only one problem which seemed kind of odd to me and that is: «they hand u the key to the restroom, like I had to wait 5 minutes to get the key to be able to wash my hand and by the time I was back my food was pretty cold … And then again I had to wait about another 5 minutes to get the key to use the restroom and it was really weird»

The store is nice, however the staffs are not so nice. So I think they only deserve 3 stars. Every services are just like half way done. For the fast food restaurant like this, I don’t expect them have to be on top, but, at least I hope they could do little better than basic. Tea was out and I asked to refill and no one come and checked until second time. Not really happy with this place. Only this place.

Awful! Went here after Arby’s blocked by a wrench, schlotskys had a closed forever sign, & texadelphia was closed for water problems. Not of the stuff I got was edible. I’m not sure what this Kung pau chicken was really made of. Weirdest texture ever. Veggies gross. Beef only partly edible what could be chewed. I have been here a couple of times but this was disgusting. A waste of my time & $ 8. Worst food I’ve ever had. :(

So I returned, and I was so excited to see the friendly employee from my previous review still works here. His name is Angel and only works on the weekends. I’m telling you, this time when we went even the staff was in a good mood. I really believe his attitude reflects on the other employees, it’s such a huge difference when his not here. Angel is awesome, he should be here a lot more!

This is the best Panda I’ve been to. The food is always fresh. It’s always busy here but the line moves fast and the employees have a good system going on. parking can be a pain sometimes and people just fly through that parking lot like its the freeway. I wish they would get the blackberry Izze drink. They have some other kind that’s really not that good. The restaurant area is very clean. I recommend this place

We ordered catering online at 11am for Super Bowl Sunday that had fried rice, chow mein, beef broccoli, and mushroom chicken. When we got to the restaurant for our 4:15pm pick up, none of the staff knew about the order. After calling their boss and digging a little deeper, they found the order. I was a little perturbed because we needed to get back in time for our party that we were hosting. However, the staff was very friendly in making up for it. They gave us some egg rolls and spring rolls while we waited, as well as a couple of drinks. Good customer service. The food was good. It was up to the quality I’ve come to expect with Panda Express. Cheap Asian food, that serves its purpose. They say it was for 12 – 16, but I think it could have fed 25. There was so much food and we have plenty of leftovers. I would order catering from Panda Express again, but definitely call to make sure the order has been received, if ordering online.

I love Panda Express because the owner went to my undergrad, Baker University, in Baldwin City, Kansas. He always gives generously to support our small school. Today I ordered an orange chicken bowl to go with steamed white rice. The portion was good sized and I think it could be used for two meals. The employees were super friendly. Great customer service. I’ll be back!

They say Chinese eat everything that flies but an airplane, everything that swims but a submarine, and everything that with legs but a table. So I was looking forward to trying some Panda. You’ll find Chicken at Kentucky Fried Chicken, Steak at a Steakhouse, but for some reason they don’t serve Panda at the Panda express. Nor do they serve anything that a Panda would eat(raw bamboo). I asked the staff to clarify, and they looked at me with blank stares. I re-phrased the question in Chinese, and they answered me in Spanish. I ordered some decidedly non-Panda cuisine and was shocked how fast it was served, leading to even more confusion. since«Panda» and«Express» are not words one often associates with each other. If you’ve ever seen a Panda in the forest, you’ll realize«The Speed of Panda» is not exactly«The Speed of Light» The food and service are fine, I’m still confused by the name.

It’s funny how the other Panda Express restaurants have low stars and horrible ratings but this one stands out. I think it’s there new staff they work well together and are always in a great mood. Great job guys. It’s a big improvement to the horrible service I had a while back. Looks like that employee no longer works here and it is an improvement.
