We will emphasize the need and reasons for preventive eye care by educating our patients, so we not only improve the quality of one’s life through enhanced vision, but ultimately prevent blindness.

Our optometrists are experts in the treatment of keratoconus and other corneal diseases. We also offer vision solutions for those dealing with complications from earlier LASIK and radial keratonomy (RK) surgeries. We can prescribe a comprehensive array of specialty corneal contact lenses specially designed to help any patient enjoy much better eyesight.

Insight Complete Eye Care is the leader in providing the ultimate experience in eye care. We provide technology-​drive eye exams by experienced, caring doctors. Dr. Ivan B. Bank, O.D., F.A.A.O. obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree at the Southern College of Optometry (SCO).

He completed a residency in Winterhaven, Florida at the Winterhaven

Eye Clinic, with an emphasis on corneal disease and medically necessary contact lenses. Dr. Bank opened the new office in Dallas in late 2009.

Ivan B. Bank, O.D., F.A.A.O.

Dr. Bank is a Therapeutic Optometrist as well as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. He is one of the very few Platinum certified contact lens experts for the Synergeyes Hybrid contact lenses, and is widely regarded as an expert in the fitting and evaluation of patients suffering from conditions such as Keratoconus, Post Radial Keratotomy, Post Laser Eye Surgery, Dry Eyes and Presbyopia. He also specializes in contact lenses for difficult to fit patients.

Dr. Bank is a member of the Texas Optometric Association (TOA), the American Optometric Association (AOA) and the Contact Lens Section of the AOA. After the completion of extensive testing, Dr. Bank was granted Fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry in 1994, an accomplishment only 3% of his colleagues ever attain. He has been in practice for over 25 years, and is an active supporter of many Dallas nonprofit and civic organizations.
