The one star is for the store to have their location in North park mall. The worst experience ever had in so called branded stores. Why I took time to write this is as for the shear negligence of tailor which was pretty evident and the way customer was handled after the purchase was done. I got a suite in this store as I liked the color and was supposed to be a customized suite as like most I have the uneven length in arms and that’s why preferred to get it a stores where we usually have a tailor available. Also took after a week another suite in the same mall which was really well done and tailor was very aware of what he was doing and I wish I had the same color I liked in this store as well. As the suite I took in Hugo boss was spoiled after a week I came back to pick up and store mentioned it will be re done and corrected, then had to go back and come back another day and again it was worst and this time the tailor is not willing to hear what u say and even though his fellow sales representatives clearly see the suite was spoiled and pretty much evident and they agreed it was not right. The whole point to get a customized suite is the uneven lengths we have in is and take individual measurements of hands and those small minute measurements are supposed to be noted and stitched accordingly. this simple thing can’t be done and the tailor makes comments about your body in a store is something to question about in such a prestigious store where I will never enter again. The next time after the manager saw it wasn’t right again ordered a new one and again walked in to the store to give measurements after a week and again went to collect after 10 days not sure why it took so long as in the first place where altering the sleeves takes so much time is unbelievable that too after customer walked in so many times and in the first place the store should take some point to finish quickly which was not properly done the first two times and make an effort at least as I repeatedly told them I was very far from the store and already came so many times and still the day I came again it was messed up and kept waiting outside the store to get finished when I have a travel plan next day and which was very well informed to them prior to my visit . Never ask customer to buy something when u cannot deliver good.!!

This is such a beautiful store. We love shopping here. The staff is decently friendly most of the time. If you purchase an item in store, they do alterations if needed! The clothing is heavy duty and maintains well. I would definitely recommend shopping here!

Good service, good selection. If you are looking for a particular item and can’t find it here, try Nordstoms as they carry decent amount of HB. If you buy your suit here though, the alteration is free.

I’ve tried on a couple of Hugo suits before and I really like how it fits so went in the store to browse around and maybe purchase a suit. I was greeted at the door by Mr. Ali and Mr. M Ali was really helpful and nice. The suit I chose was a slim style that really fit my body and after getting measure I was hoping to come back to pick it up and try it on and write about my experience on Unilocal. So why minus the one star? I’m a pretty laid back guy but don’t give me the run around. Ali ask how soon I needed the suit, told him I didn’t need it that soon, so he told me that it’ll probably take around a week. not a problem, gave them a call back within a week and now this where I start taking the stars off. I called in and a guy by the name of Daniel picks up the phone. Hello? Yeah… so I ask him is this Hugo? He goes WHAT? I ask him is this Hugo. He goes, Yeah??? Hugo isn’t your high class luxury store but it does sell more expensive clothes than most of the store in Northpark. I didn’t expect a greeting like that, even calling in Pizza Hut gives a better greeting than that. so I ask the guy I’m checking to see when my suit is ready for pick up. he goes oh. it’ll probably be done by Friday. okay that’s fine. Saturday come and I give the store 3 calls before someone finally picks up. I’m understanding. it’s Saturday. busy day. but… again it’s Mr. Daniel that picks up the phone. Hello? Yeah… hmm, it’s not your personal phone. answer the phone right. so again I proceed to ask him if my suit is ready for pick up. doesn’t bother checking. ask me who my sales guy is and tell me it usually take around 10 – 12 days. but maybe longer since there’s a lot of alternation. I just got the run around from a lazy guy. The guy sounds like the alteration guy and I believe it is the alternation guy. I’ll re update on how the suit is when I finally receive my suit. Nice products usually comes with good service. **update I finally got my suit. it looks good, fit good and I’m ready to suit up and start talking to the ladies.*

I was in a pinch for a nice tuxedo shirt that didn’t break the bank. I walked into this Hugo Boss store in Northpark not expecting to find something that fit my style, my size, and my budget, but the sales guy(s) at this store really helped me find a great shirt for under $ 100. They gave me a few different tuxedo shirts to try on before I settled on the one that fit me best and looked the best. I didn’t plan on it, but I went ahead and bought a bowtie there as well simply because I was so satisfied with the shirt purchase that I wanted a complementary bowtie and decided that they earned the additional purchase(I already had another one, but it had too much sheen for my taste to go along with the shirt). Since the event was the next day, they steam-ironed my shirt on the spot, and I walked out with a great shirt, great bowtie, and feeling like I was really helped in a friendly, unpretentious manner. Two thumbs up.
