As an added convenience for our moving customers, we have a 17,000 square foot storage facility in Dallas perfect for storing those extra items. Premium packing process includes complimentary shrink wrapping and padding of furniture. Industry best 50⁄50 insurance policy on local moves — if an item gets damaged, we reimburse you 50% of the item’s value. Most other movers offer a lot less. They are a very kind and considerate family business. They do have great customer service — even offering me personal cell #s on the weekend. I did have a moving day scheduling error/​miscommunication which was frustrating (reason for not giving them 5 stars), but they made up for it by coming a few days later and being so great and communicative while my items were in storage. They did a great job packing and seemed to really care about me which I appreciated during the stressful time in my life. I would definitely use them again.

I loved the service I received from these guys. They were always on time, which was so very helpful and appreciated durning that hectic time of moving. They had to follow very specific packing instructions from my elderly aunt who speaks very little English. They were understanding, flexible, and accommodating.
The movers always stayed in contact with me and were so clear about when they’d arrive. When they did so, they were so friendly and patient. I didn’t know exactly the best way to arrange the furniture, and it was at this time where their professionalism really showed. They were careful with my things and knew how to place things to make me feel at home.

Love the team at Garrett’s. Professional yetersonal. Helped us through a three year moving, storage, delivering cycle. They were all accessible and eager to help. Brenda in the office is the BEST and we had a couple of the guys with our trucks who loaded us, and three years later were still with the company and remembered random details from our previous loading of the truck (did I say three years later?!).

I have not even done business with him yet before he earned a one star rating. I was treated so unprofessionally on the phone by Garrett the business owner while trying to get a quote today that I cannot imagine how he gets any business whatsoever. I was quoted a minimum of $ 600 to move a single piano from Mesquite to Spring TX. He insisted that the diesel prices were what was so expensive but they have regular trucks that can move pieces. He kept insisting those were his prices to move to Houston and I kept reminding him that we are not in Houston that in fact, round trip he was adding about 60 miles to our quote. When I pointed that out, he said, you need to find someone else and hung up the phone on me!!. When I called back and asked him if that is how he regularly does business he simply said that yes he does when customers argue with him and that I am not technically a customer if I am not paying anything. um, do you really expect to get any in the future by treating people that way? Customer Service 101. It’s not arguing if I am right, you are quoting me more mileage that I need!!! Then he hung up on me again! I can see why he has such terrible reviews now. This guy must have some sort of ego issue if he doesn’t even know how to talk to customers who have a legitimate concern. I cannot imagine what it would have been like dealing with this guy if something went wrong with an actual move. What a crook and terrible business «man». Word of mouth is huge in the moving industry because people want to be sure they can trust folks with their precious belongings and to be treated with care and respect. You won’t find that here.

Honestly this company does NOT even deserve 1 star!!! They damaged my stainless steel fridge that is less than one month old. I filed a claim 3 months ago and they have yet to resolve this. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER use this company. They are not worth it. They won’t return phone calls or emails. Debra who works there as well as the owners are idiots. All they want is your money and that is it. They tell you one thing and do another!!! DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!
