Like any other Chase bank. This one has a friendly staff but they are way understaffed. There is alway a line and only 1 – 2 tellers. Drive-​thru isn’t any faster. May not be a line but expect a long wait. I always hear complaints from others about the wait as well.

It’s like any other Chase bank.
Pro’s: locations galore, online bill pay, iPhone app to deposit checks (up to $ 900 or $ 1000) and pay bills, daily account balance emails.
Con’s: most of the employees are hidden behind cubicles or some other barricade. The atmosphere is not inviting, but is functional. Fee’s for seemingly everything!
