Business Owner

Collin Burk founded Bluffview Properties in 2013 with the vision to open a full-​service real estate firm that approaches each property assignment with the client’s perspective in mind. Our goal is to maintain integrity and accountability with each of our clients. We believe these values are what lead to lasting relationships.

Mr. Burk has five years of experience in the real estate industry. During this time, he has been involved with the disposition, acquisition, development, and management of over 4,000,000 square feet of properties throughout the state of Texas. Mr. Burk is responsible for directing development and management activities including leasing, routine inspection, obtaining vendor estimates, and preparation of contracts. Born and raised in Dallas, Collin returned after four years in attendance at the University of Colorado at Boulder where he studied Psychology. Collin holds a Real Estate Salesperson License with the Texas Real Estate Commission (#615 050).
