Mail Plus More

Every time I come here (they open at 9) at 9:30 or later, the doors are open and no ones ever around. I dunno how they can run 2 businesses next to one another and not expect people to be upset when you take the time out of your day to come here only to not be helped by anyone. I’m surprised if mail drop offs haven’t been stolen from here since there’s no supervision.

Very slow service. Took 35 minutes to mail out a box and I was the only customer. I had to spell every word out to the lady Cuz she looked confused not understanding my perfect english. I wanted to grab my package and leave… she was so slow on the computer I was nervous that she didn’t know what she was doing… I thought I would give my business to this local shop but I will not be returning.

Stay as far away as possible. I went in to buy two stamps (regular postage) which I was charged almost $ 2 for. Didn’t complain cause I was in a rush. Came back a couple months later to mail a package, but realized my box was huge so asked for a different one. The woman spent almost ten minutes looking for a box. Okay, got one. Then, spend over 30 minutes entering my shipping info, then tells me it’s going to be $ 300 for economy. Nope. So I just said, nevermind, I’ll go elsewhere. She then says let’s look at ups. I tell her, I have kids in the car, we really have to go. No, it’s only a quick copy and paste. (Her response) fine. There was no quick copy and paste. Spent another ten minutes with her retyping the info. Another lady came in to mail a letter and even she had enough and walked out. I ended up having to PAY her $ 5 for the box, even though I left her the box I came in with initially. (Was still able to be reused). Complete crap service and I really think they have no idea what they are doing.

On Friday, October 17,2014 I went into this establishment to send a check next day air. It was supposed to have arrived by UPS by noon on Saturday, October 18, 2014. The recipient did not receive the check by noon, nor would they expect to receive it until Monday, October 20, 2014. The employee neglected to tell me that there is no service for overnight during the weekend with UPS. What I could have sent with one postal stamp myself costed me $ 62.43. Buyer beware or dial 1−800-U-Suck for Mail Plus More.

This place is awful since its new ownership, its the same people who own the massage parlor next door. I made it there in time for the mail carrier but my envelope almost didn’t make it out because the woman helping me stopped to answer the phone to schedule a massage and then stopped again to help the guy behind me who just wanted a stamp. She over charged the guy that wanted the stamp giving him a LAME excuse when he questioned it. By this time the mail carrier came in and the woman behind the counter rudely asked if he could come back for the rest of what she was working on. He said yes but seemed quite irritated with her. My package was a small envelope with a piece of cardboard and two keys I needed to send to my landlord, I was charged $ 4.68, I asked why it couldn’t just be weighed and proper stamps put on it… that’s the way the old owner did it. She said it could not done. Now here’s the icing on the cake… I made a mistake and put my landlords old address on it, so it came back to me insufficient address but it was mailed with a forever stamp and a 21 cent stamp on it. WHAT A MARK UP!!! $ 4. I should have just gone in the grocery store and bought a book of stamps. I’d give no stars if allowed… don’t get cheated, us a real post office or FedEx or UPS store.

Don’t go here. No notary public on site. Notary will charge you travel charge. WTF.

Lady who works there was very rude. She told me that she won’t pack the box for me and if she has too she will charge me $ 5 dollars. This is ridiculous. UPS never changes for packing. But I will never go back to this place again. The lady who works there is really dumb !

My first time there to drop off a FedEx box. Very clean shop and very helpful employees. I was in and out in less than a minute!
