Gourmet Pie & Pastry

Everything I have had here, so far, has been good to excellent. People are friendly and helpful. It can get crowded and sometimes I won’t eat because the wait is long. But overall I highly recommend this delightful restaurant.

Our waitress Nancy was great and helpful but very rude host staff and we’re not accommodating with children. I get its busy but no need to be rude to guests.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch and ended up having breakfast. We arrived about 2:30 and were warmly greeted. Right away we saw the pies and other bakery items and were told the baker had been there for 20 years. If everything in the bakery tastes as good as it looks it must be amazing! My wife and I split the California omelette. Our waitress «Flor» which is Spanish for flower, gave us all the options and was extremely helpful. When she brought out our omelette and two plates she said «it appears a bit overdone to me, would you like me to have them make you another one?» We thought it was perfect but she said «if you change your mind just let me know.» Again, it was amazing! All the vegetables were perfect, the avocado was creamy and delicious. Simply put, it was excellent! We will definitely be going back soon.

This place is a really freaking good place for breakfast. Their French Toast is to die for, their breakfast potatoes are some good stuff, and their pies are pretty dank. The service is good, and it is clean. My breakfast hotspot, here

Gourmet Pies is amazing. Amazing staff, food, and atmosphere. Of course we all go out to eat every once in a while, but never have I ever felt such at home at a restaurant! Gigi, Leslie, and everyone there make it such a homey feel. I will continue to come here just for the great company! It also helps that the food is so delicious!

We have been dining there since (Ball & Bloomfield days) GREAT food, however the customer service from the manager GIGI IS AWFUL! I will pray for that lady

After tipping waitress 30% on our bill, was asked to leave by the bartender!!! Totally uncalled for !!!

Love the atmosphere and they have an excellent HH.
